Didn't read the earlier pages, but i know that Jen has that request in her shop to use it if she makes it na... I was gonna request from her, but then i decided to get the old one out instead 😃

And yes websites are a trend, but unless they are paid websites i see no point. It takes ppl away from ur shop on IF, as a matter of fact.

Hmmm, websites... I think they can be a good idea, if you don't have a gallery here, to have your separate one, especially if you don't only make sigs and avis but other things as well... 😳 So hmm, it can be beneficial for some people, but it just depends..!

But like Sam said, if ur's is a hosted site (i.e. Geocities, freewebs, etc..), hmm I dunno how much good it will do. Although I do know some people who have freewebs and it works out fine for them! 😃 Having your own domain also helps, I've made a website before, not for creations but for HP 😳 😆 yah, but it never worked out.. too time-consuming and everything..

It just really depends on the person 😛

Websites, mine was a paid one and I could never launch it because of some issues. I think it does vary from person to person. 😃

Seeta: erm, I agree. I remember before when I like first started making siggies and people never used my creations. It did feel bad. Even if some people have that rule in their shop, people still don't end up using it. Now another thing I have in mind..what if people just use it for like 3 hours?? Wouldn't it still be the same?

Jenny: great discussion! Websites are pretty common now! I have a question..if someone does end up building their own site off of..let's say Freewebs..well then, can you google it? I don't think you can..I guess affiliates come in handy there. And so that's how their site gets promoted apparently..right? 😕 I don't know if I'll be opening a website anytime soon..I mean..I can't even keep my gallery up to date! 😆

Yea, we were just talking abt that in our cc...multiple requesting seems to be getting popular...at least 1 person has done that in my shop recently. But for me it's ok cuz that person's request isn't finished yet. But if it was finished and another siggy maker finished their's also, then that requester better use both siggys...it's not fair if they just choose and use whichever one is better...even if you dont like it, the least u can do is use it for like a day or so.
Cuz it's the same as going to someone's shop and leaving a comment saying "ew, the siggy is aweful, i hate it..i'm not using it.."😔

Yup websites are a definet trend these days...everyone wants one. LOL i don't even want a gallery 😆 Managing a website will take too much time which i don't tend to have.

Plus, and this is just my opinion...plz dont get offended,i think there is a greater audience viewing ur work...u have no control over it after u post it. Now think, how many times have gone online to SantaBanta and taken pics from there? A lot? 😳 Well, that work is also copyrited...ppl aren't supposed to take it w/o crediting the source. So, wht makes me a lil unsure is the fact that it can happen to my work as well.

yes 3hrs wil be the same as not using the sig coz those 3 hrs maybe when u r active , jus to show they r using it , they can put it but afterwards when u not here , they simply remove it , which is really bad , i think 1-2 days will be best

we sud make a rule abt it n if even thou they jus request same sig , same text , same pix then we sud pm them , i think asking them from whom they wil want their sig to be , either x or y , if they want both then their request sud be diferent 😊

as for websites i do share the opinion wiz some of u zat its tooooooooo time consuming , u sud be really up to date wiz it ,evryday u sud post stuff n above their is also many things to do , many codes to add to make it presentable , me i dont think one day i wil make a website 😕

Hmmm, if the majority wants that, we could think of a rule regarding requesting and using signatures.

@ Sweta: I agree with abt the whole 3 hr thing...but i no i did that..i think ur referting that to me... 😳 ...sorri sweta...i no i requeted a abhi siggy and only used it for like 4 hr..im so SORRIE...its just that the whole robbie thing just hit me all of sudden...im like in love with robbie now....i will use the abhi siggy as soon as my robbie obsession is over...once again im so sorrie sweta...its not that i dont like ur creations...i love ur siggys and i no that u put a lot of work in to them...once again im so sorrie...i will use it again i promise 😳

No hun..I'm not referring to anyone..We're not here to point fingers.😳 We're just talking in general.😳

@Khushi; Yea I think you should..it would make all siggy makers here feel better. =)
