@jenny- that's a wonderful siggy, one of ur best ones and u are improving a lot

my newest, don't use made it on ur request but please comment. Used the rain effect again thanx desi21 for the comment on my other siggy and the tutorial. From my opinion I think the rain effect on the siggy looks really realistic because there is rain in the background. What do u guyz think? I think it also my best siggy so far that I have made for someone else
