Hi, I'm really new to Photoshop and wanted to make gifs using videos but whenever I try to import one, it shows DynamicLink error

so can anyone help me here because Google couldn't? At least not in simple words😛

Link to download QuickTime Player Version 7.1

Works perfect in : Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10! (For Mac, you have to search on that site for Mac to download)
No Virus!

u have todownload this

after downloading restart ur pc

and then open PS

I did, opened Quicktime too, restarted twice. still didn't work
