Yes it is needed to make gifs.
See first post on this page. Bazinga has given a link. Hope it helps you.
Also convert your videos to mov or mpeg format and then open in PS File-Import video frames to layers...

mallu you are a veteran yaar you need tips😲 I have seen your stuffs in CG.

Sharpness best idea is action. Check PSD wala Threas download all 18shabbo's action. After you made gif concert to timeline then click all gif layer, press ctrl+g now it's all in one folder. Now make it smart objects. Now run the shaprneing tool. After this put coloring like you do for siggies. PSD also same drag and put in top of last layer. Run it and you will see coloring are in every frame. Check timing normally 0.7-0.17 in between it runs best. Effects umm tween effect is when you making gifs of multiple scenes and want it to transition slowly. For that there are tuts check Tumblr search tweening in Photoshop.

That's all I guess.😆

But you have seen non ani naa, not animated ones, it's a shame, I am a veteran and now learning how to make avis😆😆😆

Sharpness you have sharpening actions!! Will help. Or you can do smart sharpen!
Psd select first frame and last layer and psd on it! Effects too same way..
Keep minimum layers to avoid pixels. Even psd with less layers. A psd which wl work best with a signature may give pixels with same scene gif.
Can you tell me link of QuickTime worked for you by Bazinga? Or if you used another can you share?

Yes quicktime player did work.

But how can I keep minimum layers??? my layers were more than 100, some 180 I think.
Will it not depend on how long the gif video is?

btw I tried to color it, the first layer was colored but when the gif was played the rest of the gif was in same color😆😆😆 ofcourse I am a baby learning all this so yeh sab toh hoga, that's why I am asking for more and more tips about coloring and editing.
