or ,I will recommend an another way pls do un install Ps cs6 and we do have downloadable link for PS Cs5 here in our thread in the first page you can download that and use it is very easy to make gifs in Ps Cs 5

@Aditi it's just a box with white stroke in lower opacity. Use rectangle tool fill none stroke white/ grey then lower opacity. Put a text over this box layer and adjust sizes and place so that it is cordintated with the box that's all.

choose a rectangle brush give one stroke with white color...now select the same brush for eraser and make the size little smaller than ur previous...place it inside the biggger one and press it

now decrease the opacity of the layer of the bigger rectangle
