Wait what? Why don't you do the GIF's as Smart Filter? Before I do anything on my GIF's, I always make them Smart Filter.

My ps drives me bonkers. If I don't select all the frames then I will have to go to every single frame to group the layers.

Even I do that, but certain times I noticed the video is HD at some points and some points it is not. Like Weird, and more complex/
I noticed this when I was doing Devakshi gifs yesterday
