you have to save the GIFs on Twitter and upload on Imgur or minus to share here on IF. :)

Why using CS6 ? I have given the download link of CS5 extended version which you dont even have to install on your pc... I never seem to have such problems by using CS5. For the download link, check the first page :)

I had the CS5 portable version but that didn't have the 'save for web' option and I got my hands on CS6 after that which causes this problem. Guess, I'll have to try the one you gave. Thing is, having different versions for different kind of works is too much of a task.

That link I shared has every tool you need for GIFs aswell as for Signatures. But yeah, it's your decision at the end :)

Hey, I got your version of photoshop as well but it is still giving me the same results. Same grainy gifs on saving.

I did these in CS6. You see, the second gif is very grainy. The first gif was grainy too but when I applied a bw layer over it, the quality was better than the second gif. But if I don't apply bw layer and save it, the result is the second gif. They looked fine in PS screen but the moment you save it, quality gets degraded aka grainy.
The one's I did in your version of PS had the same result as the second gif. I deleted them off, hence can't show. I have cross checked my saving settings, tried so many alternative gif making methods but they always result in grainy gifs on saving.

^this problem should not pop up in my version. Delete the CS6 and then open CS5 Extended "As administator". Try it then. It should work!

EDITED:

Before you delete the Cs6.. I have something in mind which would be the problem... I think it's the coloring which makes it grainy after you save it. You have used too many "yellowish" colors...

Could you please download this PSD and try with this one? As I am using this coloring the most, so thats why can tell you more things if I see it with my coloring:

A member had same problem but the problem was the coloring. You try it aswell and show the result. :)
