Make sure to check your junk folder. Otherwise, go to dashboard > update profile and scroll down, you'll see the 'email address & confirm email' boxes, write down your email address in them and then press 'submit'. Or you'll see this on top of the boxes and press 'clicking here' to receive the email again. If it fails to work, use a different email.

how to make the picture soft like thiss??? I know its used topaz clean.. but whoich settings ??

If you want you can change the opacity of the Diffused layer to get difference similar using Topaz Clean Settings.

Wow.. thank you Edna. I am gonna use that one first.. coz I wanna use the same for GIF's na.. so Topaz would take much time for GIFs. Gonna try your method .. will let you know if it worked. Thanks alot... finally someone replied. Thanks really ! <333

Some of the portable versions u have to do some settings.. Otherwise most are already pre installed so u are good to go..

After extracting it i got this and i don't know what to do now.as u mentioned there is no file with ps icon
