Open the folder and scroll down, there should be a file which says Photoshop and has it's cover on it. Try it again if nothing happens then I dont know. Really... am sorry..

I tried.. There is a photoshop file inside the folder.. But its opening as Portable version.. not original version!

Assuming from naz di's comment that your PS isn't having timeline, so it'd be appearing like this:

If it's so, then go to window>timeline. And timeline would appear.

Arey yaar.. This is CS6..I have CS6.. Which does not timeline animation.. Naz gave link for cs5 extended which full version is not opening by which I mean there is no timeline or mini bridge in preference..

Its only portable version!

Go to rectangular marque tool.. right click.. you will see a circular marque option.. click it.. Drag it on your pic in whichever region you want..

Then go to refine edge..

You will have options like smooth, feather contrast etc..

Adjust them to your preference and down you will have mask options.. set it to new layer with layer mask..

And tada.. you have circular crop pic
