Its already 100 and I want to shift the Icon a bit away from the edge of canvass

Canvass size is 1000*1000 Is it so big?

I was making an stacked version of GIF icons I wanted to know few questions. If you know anything about it please answer

1. How many GIF Icons should I make for 1 stacked version

2. What should be the max. and mini. Dimensions of Icons

3. what should be the max and mini Dimension of the final canvass where I want to stack them.

If you know the answer pleeease its a request answer me
