I want to make an Icon in which I need animation effect with different pics and on the other one I need different effects on the same pic without any video.

hey guys, I was wondering whether any one of you know the texture used in this sig? (credits : - Indu) I'm not talking about the bokeh, but the line-smudge texture?

Please tell me how to do that because whenever i create a duplicate frame and change it, it changes the first frame also

answering for 2nd para -
1st frame - 1st layer *visibility on* & 2nd layer visibility off (click on the eye thing to make layer visible & invisible)
2nd frame - 1st layer *visibility off* & 2nd layer visibility on.

To Locate Topaz:

• First of all, download Topaz here.

• Now go to Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files. There's a folder called "Topaz Labs". Right click > Copy. In the Program Files folder, go to Adobe > Adobe Photoshop [any version] > Plugins, right click > Paste.
  

• Open Photoshop. Go to Filter and you must see "Topaz Labs".

Using Topaz:

• Well, using Topaz is so easy. Just open PS, go to Filter > Topaz Labs > Topaz Clean, and these window will pop up
• People generally experiment with cartoon style more😳
