A boken texture is used there.

There is a montion blur effec on the text

You have to set the curves and the levels

But bright effects.

Maybe use a good PSD for bright pics

Ah I just wanted to know know about the link you have given of siggie tutorials is of photoshop 8 I am using 3 so will it work?

All the version of PS almost works in the same way. So don't worry about what version you have.

And the siggies are lovely, you blend them really well.
