^^ This is a very good GIF generator!

Select Create Content and then Create Animated GIF, the rest you can manage yourself! The only problem is that it leaves the site's watermark on the GIFs, you can use this site to crop and remove it: http://ezgif.com/resize

^^ This is very good as well! But it's a bit confusing when it comes to timing and stuff and this leaves a watermark as well!

I will always prefer downloading a Video to GIF Generator, even though we have to download it, it's free and easy to use, but this one also leaves a watermark!

If you want to make a GIF without a watermark, then you can download this, its very very easy to use: http://www.downloadcrew.com/article/31122-licecap

If you start using these softwares, then trust me, you won't ever need an online GIF generator! You would LOVE them! And one of the main advantage is that, you don't have to download the videos for using this softwares!

It depends on a lot of things especially:
-Good quality pics...a lot of people make screencaps from HD videos so that they good pics.
-A PSD with good amount of adjustment layers. If you have the patience to play around with "selective color/Color balance/Exposure/Curves/BnC, etc. you'll hardly require to make any color layers.
-Though Im quite sure Kate hasn't used any filters, but try and experiment with smart sharpen.
-A grunge texture. or any kind of exposure texture is good, but not always necessary.

I used to have ps cs3 earlier and I use cs6 now but i can't drag any pic in cs6 I always have to go to file>open and hunt down for the folder and then open the particular file there was no problem with cs3.. can someone help me with this pleasee?
