Go to edit>adjustment>variation try to match each pic changing the hues...then merge the pictures aoly topaz and adjust level open another layer fill it with lighter shade of yellow almost whitish then go to layer column and change to multiply or any darker setting

Option One

once you are done editing open a new layer and place it on the top... now fill the layer grey... after doing that change the layer option from normal to hue... you will see BW... now if you want partly BW and Partly colour take a soft brush and start erasing part which you want to retain it's colour. hope it helps 😳

Option Two

If you want to change any pic entirely go to image>mood>greyscale... remember once this is done you cannot retrieve colour anymore... you have to change it to image>mode>RGB to work with colours once again but the image already changed into black and white will remain like that.😛
