Step 10: Now, it's time for you to play around with the gradient tool, basically, hold down the shift key and select here you want to clean out the image, if it doesn't look like what you want then press ctrl+z and go over and over until you have something you like.

But it usually comes out being what's in the gif that is the girls. You know what I mean? It's not black for any other reason but because that's what was in the gif.

If it looks different, can you take a screenshot of it and put it here for us so someone can help you out?

I don't think you can use the clone tool for all the layers at once and clone tool is anyways to use selective part of the picture, so why would you want to use it on all the layers at once? 😕

As for the second one; you're trying to use the one that is a layer locked. So, for this you need to right click on that layer and a whole menu opens up, so click on "Layer from Background" and it'll open the layer for you then.
