^I don't know how to explain.. but it's the effect the avi has. it's the surface.. it has this kind of glass surface on the avi. (Don't know if it helped)

there must has been used a brush (and the layer may have been in overlay)

i think you are asking about that bokeh texture...those small yellow dots are stable and it gives a glass case look right?

something like this?:


for this you need to have a bokeh/light texture which has small dot lights and a little somewhere smeared lights as well.

First apply that texture n duplicate -let the lower be overlay(opacity according to the brightness u want) but try n use very less opacity.

Put duplicated layer in lighten mode opacity 100%.

then add your PSD above all this.

or simply put the texture in Lighten mode, opacity 100% , or Screen mode , opacity according to you n shuffle it in between the PSD layers.

youtube here blocks all videos here so i try to download from others sites but when i convert them to quicktime.mov and open them up on PS they are small in size and the quality doesn't stay either...anyone know how to get HD videos without them being small and losing quality when youtube vids are blocked..
