i have photoshop but my video is not opening on it . after clicking import files and selecting the video the import video to layers is showing blank..

i am new to this so can sum1 tell me the reason?

to open select brush tool and then click the brush selection menu. click the circled arrow at the side to open the drop down menu and load brushes :D

the brush set you load will appear at the bottom.
