both fonts are different Baki but of same category.
Sano di has used some other type of font n the category is "Script fonts."
search using "Script fonts" in Google or Fontspace n u'll get some good ones.

the font is most probably "Vijaya."(im not sure)

i on the other hand have used "Georgia" for "it's you", which you'll have as its a common font , in nonbold-italized form.
