i have a problem i hope someone can help me :P

the thing is

i have iSkysoft Video Converter Ultimate for converting video's in .mp4 format
now i downlaoded video from starplus video site, the video is .FLV format... and when i want them to convert... its just on waiting.. but it doenst convert... :| and idk why the videos are not converting :(

help me pleaseee 😭😭😭😭 i just want to pulling my hair of gaaa pleaseee help meee

i dont know about iskysoft but y dont u try another convertor?
total video convertor is good !

When you file Import> Import videos to layers> select ur video...dont click " from beginnig to end" option but click on the option that says selected range only and also limit to every 2 frames den select the scene that u want by holding the shift key while moving sider or clicking the arrows...this way u will only have that selected frames and not the whole video frames...hope this helps you 😳 !!
