Those are textures. Light textures which have been set as 'lighten' or 'screen, with lowered opacity'. Hope you understand what I'm talking about.

Go to deviantart >Submit>Submit Art > Choose category > Resources & Stock Images > Application Resources

and from there choose the option that u want

Thank u sooo much :) that's long method 2 is 🤣 wht do u mean by selective coloring ?? Because if I do selective coloring won't it like color the whole pic rather thn just her clothes ??

Help!!!I am not being able to change my avatar pic. When I try to upload photo it says:"pls log in to continue" I hope someone can help me with this.

Well that depends upon the various colors in the image. Not talking specifically about this image that you've given, then, for instance, If there are like two diverse colors, and you want just one as it is, so you can change the other by using the selective coloring. And you can always choose from the "Colors" drop-down list in the selective color box according to the color you want to change.

But if there isn't much of a difference among the colors then you use color replacement tool. The site I mentioned is just a tutorial not a method actually😆

If you are using chrome you may face this problem. Try uploading ur avatar using Internet explorer!😳
