Hey guys!! Im new to this thread :D Please help me!

I've always had problem with this type of style! Sanoo have always been doin' this text :D and i dont know why, but mines never turns out to be like hers, For example...

"Beats for you" Thats the text im talking bout!! she even wrote it on top of the black parts [Hair] and all, and it still clearly Appears!! But mines is never apparent or anything, wud anyone help me with those type of text style?? And if so also please tell me the font name :D

Can someone tell me how can i place my signature in the centre, it always shows at the extreme left but i don't want that, i want it at the centre, how do i do that????
