Well I opened up a new animation window (Transparent) and then I added about 5 to 6 layers to that. Then I used the paint brush tool and put paint blobs on the layers in different places. Then I changed the blend mode of all those layers into lighten. After this I turned the layers into frames. Added the transitions between each frame and then copied and pasted the frames so that I had enought frames for the avi that I want to place it on.
After that I copied the moving glows 😆 and pasted it on the avi and it's done.

😳 ok, that is like so difficult and LONGGG. 😳
