i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get these kind of sparkles for my psp

this is MISTY'S creation( sorry misty to use it but i wanted to show wht sparkles i want)

khushi, misty or anyone else who knows plZzzzzz reply soon

and if its ok also tell me how can i add it to my psp its version 10(latest version)

here is one:

To install these tubes into your PSP program just download the desired tube. When WinZip or EnZip opens press the button to search your files. The directory that you will want to unzip them to is usually in the "C:\program files\Paint Shop Pro\Picture Tubes" or C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro X\Picture Tubes directory.

After that it should normally work 😉

khushi i will tell u whats happening when i restrt my psp it says duplicate items detected and then the name i give the tube but those names r notused for any other tube and then it starts loading sumthing and then my computer gets stuvk and i have to restart i love those tubes dont know whats up with my psp 😡
