Click on "My Dashboard". Under your profile picture, there will be a lot of options. Next to Profile, there will the option of "Edit". Click that. Click on the "Preferences" tab. At the end of the page, there will be a dialogue box labelled "Avatar Link." Put the link of the avi there and click "Submit." Your avi should be changed =)
