can any1 tell me of a site where i can make avatars online?

if its not possible can sum1 tell me how to make avis?and also give me the link of what to download to make avis? i think its photoshop or sumthing but i cant understand all that!

so if any1 can help out plzz do! thxx a lottt!😳

i am unable to use rectangle marquee tool...when i used it one msg came
no pixel r more then 50% selected
the selection edges will nt be visible

plzzz help me out ... :)

i have few questions haha😆.. they are easy.. please answer um😃

1. which one is better - psp or photoshop?

2. whichever did you chose from no.1, tell me what kind? like photoshop lightroom, or psp x4?

3. where can i buy these products from?

4. I am in US and I would love to buy a program which would help me making siggies and avis both animated and non-animated.. please tell me a site or anything.. (when i searched.. i came across the site photoshop.com but dont know if it will be a good decision to buy it online or at any stores?)
