di i faced same problem ..
i can help u with reducing the number of ur frames

when u load a vid clip in ps ..
thre is an option in the dialogue box saying
limit to the number of frames..
check this option di and then change it to 7 or 8 from two..
the more is the number , lesser will be the number of frames 😃

btw i want to ask abt borders and other layer style effect in avi making if i select first and last layer and try it any kind of layer style or border comes only in one or two frames i want it for all frames how to do it ?
