This has to be the most well-written tut I've come across since getting PSP8! Very nice, I love it. However, I'm stuck in one spot, I can't get the color to appear in my border. I can't figure out what my Magic Wand Settings should be on, and everytime I switch them to something different my image goes even wackier, lol. What should my " mode", ", "match mode", "tolerance", and "feather" be? "Inside", or "outside"? If I could only make those work I could finally figure this out. I have spent days trying to learn how to make a glitter border, and now I am so close. 👏

Okay let me see:

Snice your border is not to big compared to your picture make the Tolerance small such as 5 or even 3😛

and somtimes u have to click on a certain spot..

Anti Alias is NOT checked😉

So you dont even need to deal with outside,indiside etc etc😃
