QUESTION - I downloaded Photoshop CS3 and the PS icon even appears on my desktop background...when I click on it so it can open, it does open but then it closes right after it opens, any solutions?

^I tried re-installing PS from another place but I can't seem to delete the previous one I downloaded, it doesn't appear in my control pannel programs list :S
