how to change background of our pic...how to remove scars blemish etc..can eyebrows be trimmed...using photoshop.....and how to save the pic at last ..both save and save as options r showing as disabled...somebody pl answer..

Am using Jasc psp 8 with ani shop 3.. Am making an animated siggy with by adding noise in it... But while saving the siggy, the quality of the picture and siggy doesnt turn out to be good... Its really iritating... Can someone help me plz...
