How to stack animated avis in PS ? n how to add texture to ur avis ? .. i found one tut on IF but its not helping me.. pls sumone help😛

Hey guys i cant understand 1 thing....... Can u help me put.......

When it says "Duplicate your base once more and bring to the top. Set to burn at 50%." What does the bring to the top means??? I can duplicate it but bring to up😕 i dont understand whats that...... Plzzzzzzzzzz help me.....

ermmm... i guess it means drag ur layer at the top order in ur layer box🤔.. i guess thts wht it means .. not sure🤔
