i have photoshop cs3 so please tell me ki first layer open karne ke baad aur ek new layer banana ho to kya karte hain because maine wo kiya but sirf ek hi layer aa raha hain second aa nahi raha hain aur hum layer drag karte hain wo drag hi nahi ho raha so please tell me the procedure.i am waiting.😃

^CS3 huh?? Just open ur doc, press Layer>New>Layer nd u gt a new layer... for dragging, choose the Move Tool, Click on the image/layer u wanna drag, Press it nd whilst still pressing drag it to wherevr u want it... It'll be done :) Further probz?... Feel free 2 ask... not an issue :)

thank you for the information but main wo procedure kiya wo aa nahi raha hain and jab main move tool pe click ki to its locked aise aa raha hain i want this information because main siggy banana chahti hu.so please tell me the whole procedure please.
