1. Open an image which you want to use as the background.
2. Select the image you want to use in your siggy and copy and paste it on the background as a LAYER(Ctrl+L).Later select the freehand selection tool and draw around the outline of the pic.Make sure the feather is set at around 30-40.
3. Invert your selection)(Ctrl+Shift+I) and press delete.
4. You can use the eraser tool to perfect the outlines later.

im having problems putting new brushes in my psp 7. they tell me to go to file>import>custom brushes but on my psp7 it has import but it doesnt have the option custom brushes..is there another way to put new brushes in psp7????

the answer to ur question is make sure ur hard disk has sufficient space or else u will get this message and u can't continue using type tool,any tool ,etc
sufficient space should be at least more than 5gb free

Click on your brush tool.Then, click on the small down arrow which is next to size and shape of the brush.(This shows you all the brushes in that set.)
Right next to the line showing master diameter, there is again a small blue arrow.Click on that and a list will open which will have option "Load brushes".
Click and browse where you have stored the brushes.

Thats it.Your brushes wil get loaded.
