i have a problem in photoshop

when i have for ex 2 layers with different pics

and i want to colourize the 2nd layer so i highlight this but whatever i do with this pic it happens automatically with the pic that i have in the layer below :S

i tried many things to prevent this but result is still same

can anyone help?

hey there i use the rectangular marquee tool, select the part u want to highlight make changes watever

open a new image...the size of ur avis together..

i.e- if ur doing 2 avis, and theyre 100 x 100, then open one thats 100x200, or 200x100...

duplicate the new image to equal as many frames you have..100 frames- 200 new image duplicated.

then select all and copy all then paste all on the new image...do the same for the other avi, and paste it on the same new image

is there anyway to colorize the frames in animationshop?...if not...how else can you get the coloring effect on them? i use Anishop 3 :)
