just google and you will find websites that download and convert the videos
or i hav Downlaod helper downloaded.... and if it doesn't matter what form the video is in then u can just download using reeal player

@dreamy: you use the crop tool, which looks like a square with points coming off the end... to frame go to IMAGE>>ADD BORDERS

@bulbul: click the box where it shows you all your brushes at the corner it should have a small arrow and click on it..then click import brushes... to add light textures, you just select all your frames andpaste the textures on top of the layers/frames
