if i am not wrong you use ps right?πŸ˜•
click on the free hand pen tool
make the line in any form that you want your text to be
click on text tool and hover over the line you just made
click it and type in your text
hope that helped, i had a friend who told me that, and i haven't tried it at allπŸ˜†

does this work for that too? πŸ˜•

oopss lol,
well for curved text, use the pen tool and draw a curved line...then use the text took and place your pointer on top of the curved line and you'll see text icon 'A' become curved with a curved line under it...then left click to select it and type the text that you want...then to get rid of the curved line and have only the curved text just deleted the vector layer you had the line made in

DREAMY SOFT EFFECT TUTORIAL

(okay as mnay requested here is my first tut , i know its been late but no worries i'm posting it now )
this is a CS3 tut it works on any photoshop version but not sure about PSP
how ?

*first duplicate the layer twice .
*set the first duplicate to filter> gussian blur> set it to the raduis 6 , after that set the layer to screen
* set the second duplicate to filter > gussian blur >set it to raduis 7, after that set the layer to soft light
*and the result is infront of u !
