Simran more at fault than Aastha

Most painful, when Dr Simran trusts others more than her own dad who had always been with her.......Why? .......she should have confided every happening with him....Saurab insulted by Astha due to Dr Simran's fault has given endless pain to the viewers.

I started watching this serial being myself medical professional. I wanted to see ........How Dr Simran will keep her professional and personal life intact. Its disgusting to see her family coming to her hospital yelling at her, shame that her so called daughter tells her characterless at her work.......Who is at fault Dr Simran.......who could not give values to her daughter....Sia is so nice to bear all despite she never got love from Abhi or Simran. .........It just shattered my hopes from the serial

First of all, let me make it clear that I am not defending Aastha by any means...I find her a despicable, mean little thing. But to be honest, if your daughter is acting like a weirdo, whose responsibility it is to bring her to her senses? Surely Simran has to take control of the situation. She has been a totally lousy mom so far. First of all, she overindulged Aastha and spoilt her rotten. She had absolutely no control over her and let her develop into a rude, self-centered creature. She acts as if she's scared to death of her own daughter! And she's given Aastha so much importance and always did what Aastha wished for that now even Aastha feels that Simran must obey her every whim and thus has the impertinence to bully her own mother! Simran should have controlled Aastha from an early age and should have nipped such behaviour in the bud. It was her biggest blunder that she did not do this. And now Aastha is acting like her mom-in-law while she just cries and cried. Surely, Simran deserved each and every bit of what she's getting back from Aastha. It's time for her to now stop acting like a spineless woman and take control of the situation. Even Abhi is showing much more maturity in handling Aastha than Simran. So the great Dr Simran should now learn from Abhi whom she herself used to call totally immature!

Simran even being very forgiving and caring person has always been at fault. She may have said qualities but on top of it, she is not intelligent, rather a dumb person. She has made many mistakes in life right from getting married to a person, who appeared to be so impulsive, 10 years younger to herself and against the wishes of either parents just for the namesake Abhimanyu.

She never took time to explain things to Abhi but always showed as she is more mature and Abhi is immature and created distance between them. Failed to keep her marriage.

She treated and operated her own sister Kavita, which doctors do not do. Forget about the part where she convinced her husband to marry her even though he wanted to marry Simran and that also backfired her.

She spoilt Neha's life by getting her married to her first husband though she still had feelings for him and Radhaji's life by telling lies that she does not have any feelings for Abhi anymore. That's when Radhaji persuaded Neha to marry Abhi.

She poisoned Astha's life by not bringing her up well, a spoilt brat, (unlike Archana Sareen, who brought up Sia like a gem of a person) and by not telling her truth to let her find herself and lied or made some story to her to let Astha find truth herself (seeing her father in college library, whereabouts of Radhaji when she was in asylum) told her lies throughout.

She is at fault and ruining Sia's life by trying to suppress her love for Sid

Also, she was at fault and ruined Urmila's life should have suggested Manas to move on in his life being his best friend.

But still she managed to show that she is the most concerned person and thinks aboutthese people more than themselves. All I conclude is that she never took an intelligent and educated approach towards life and hence she has been a failure through out her personal life.

EXCELLENT points , simran did make alot of mistakes and took some really stupid decisions, this present one , the lying, the making up of excuses to meet abhay and sia, why could'nt she tell saurab, hes always been a rock for simran and he would have understood, maybe he would'nt have been that delighted to hear about abhays return but the fact that his granddaughter is alive and well would have taken away any resultant bitterness.Also simran needs to stand up for herself and stop acting like a door mat for astha, if simran had given a few slaps in the formative and growing up years of astha i believe the end result would have been different where astha is concerned, and why the hell is she trying to please astha all the time even at the cost of her own daughter?why should sid be with astha when he has feelings for sia, its not fair on sia, astha and sid just like neha/ abhays marriage was not fair on neha, abhay and simran.someone needs to jump in and drill some sense into simrans mind before history repeats itself.
