Mybe this was noticed and posted here last month.

Yesterday in the US, they aired the episode of Neha's 13th day function.

Abhi is shown unshaven, brooding over Neha's photo. When Simran comes in to try to persuade him to join the others, he is shown absolutely clean shaven.

Wow... I'd no idea there were people here who looked over Abhi's face so carefully😉

What color were the drapes in his room that day???😆

Simran is a doctor rt ? But have you seen her wearing an apron in the hospital .. Even in the operation theater when she was doing surgery on Neha she was wearing just a sari. .
