He maybe back to attaend Sid's wedding. He did not come for the engagement. Yesterday's US episode mentioned him wherein Sid tellls Urmila he just sent a "Congratulations" SMS to Sid in response to Sid's invite..

I doubt it!! Sometime earlier last year - Ajai Sinha said that there was talks with Manas but nothing was finalized. I'm quite certain that Harsh Chayyia (Manas) will not return.

That whole father-son relationship is quite confusing to me. It was obvious that Manas loved Sonu so much, yet he allowed Sonu to return to India... And now Manas's name is mentioned on some special occassion... It's not right!! I just wish they end this show ASAP!!

From what I gather - they seem to have a strained relationship and Sonu/Sid had always pined for his mom..The strained relationship was evident a few months ago and yesterday's US episode made it even clearer. When Sid sent an SMS to Manas saying he was getting engaged, his dad replied in just one word "Congratulations". So, yes, there maybe love or affection between the two but it has got strained..

ya i dun think hes gonna come back now....i guess he's permanently off the show!! and sid and manas' relations arent that strong anymore ......so theres no point of really bringing him back

I have a feeling that Manas will probably come back for maybe 1 or 2 episodes in the end. I think he will show up for Sid's and Sia's wedding which may be the last episode.
