Was it Astha who severed ties or was it Abhi and Simran? I do not watch the serial anymore… just read the updates, hence my memory could be wrong…
It could be a moment of weakness – is it not human to point fingers at the security person, it is afterall his job. I would expect an apology from Simran almost immediately, as she may have done that in haste. If the apology does not come soon, that means she has lost it.
I do not relate to the character of Simran any more.. .but I would rather see an imperfect lead, than see the sati savitri – never do wrong leads in other serials.
I cannot term Simran as a hyporcite, I term her as a human, who can err… sometimes we do not learn from our mistakes… we continue to commit them … sometimes we do learn.
Again…. Don't start to term me as a Simran Bhakt or a chamcha of the moderators, only because my post does not agree with the topic. We all have different opinions, if we have Simran Haters, then we will have Simran Admirers… unfortunately, I am neither.
I agree with what you said, Vazz! And it was Aastha who severed ties with Simran and Abhi. Yes, Simran said "No one will cry for Aastha anymore. If she wants to come back, she will.." She never ever said she was going to cut off her relationship with Aastha..In fact she even sent her an SMS saying that she was going out of town, but the doors of the house were always open for her.. As for her being a hypocrite - well, I agree with you that I would not term her that.. Yes, she was hasty and took some emotional decisions..Don't we all do that at times? And she did not point fingers at Shaguna - it was her husband. And this would not be the first time he would be going against Simran. He has betrayed Simran in the past, remember the acid throwing incident? Of course he has changed a lot, in fact changed completely and Simran has accepted that. But don't we all base our judgement on past experiences? I know I do at times..I am also sure that Simran will apologize to the security person, as that is definitely part of her nature.. She makes mistakes (and at times does not learn) BUT is never hesitant about apologizing. I too did not want to particpate in this particular thread because I was quite sure I would be termed a "Simran Bhakt", which I am not really - though I am not a Simran Hater either. I would anyday prefer her to other goody two shoes like Rimjhim, Jiya and others who are the Sati-Savitri kinds we see day in and day out in Hindi Serials... I apolgize if I have hurt anyone's sentiments.
