I think saakshi brings a new fresh look to the programme and dont think she looks older than simran at all ... !! and they couldnt really get anyone younger to be honest, coz the position was for head of the gynac department...so had to be in between right ?!

remember if she is a doctor she must be in her 30's at least..and she looks good .. in my opinion anyhow!! think her and simran will share a great onscreen chemistry of what i have seen already !!

I think so too😊 I like her, she definitely has the talent and I'm sure she will make a perfect companion to Nikki. If the actress looked to young, it would look inappropriate. I think this actress is the apt choice for the role of Sakshi. She shouldn't look like a 24-year-old because she is a doctor and no doctor is that young😛
