Ever since the original (adult) Siddhant left - this new one (any one know his name?) has not been able to capture the character of friend/established doctor/dutiful son etc like the first Sid. Also this Siddhant's wardrobe of collegiate shirts and ill fitting jeans is not what a reputable doctor would wear in any country (even in India). Would like others to comment on my pet peeve.

True. In fact in India I have seen doctors and even other professionals dressed really well..His wearing such clothes outside of hospital is one thing but showing up in the hospital that way is another.

Sid is not the director's focus. Sinha Saheb is concentrating on Dr Simran as this character is close to his heart. 😉

He does not to waste his time on Sid's wardrobe, acting or Sia's brilliant performances. He is thinking of better and more innovative ways to hurt Simran. 😃. If you do, please SMS that to Sinhaji.

Wonder how everyone gets hold of Simran's mobile no.? Look, now Nakul is scolding her over phone!!! I don't think any professional does that. Scolding and arguing with your wife is one thing but spoiling your image in public is just a totally different aspect! 😊

He really needs morning jogs and regular gym....

I agree. Sid should dress smartly if not stylish. But there is another way to look at it. If doctors have their own private nursing homes, they sometimes dress informal. For instance, I take my mom to a very big and successful urologist who has his own nursing unit for urology. And you will be surprised to know tht most of the time I have found him in Shorts 😆 ... well yes, he does not have as sophisticated hosp as Astha Nursing Home but a descent one running 3 floors. You will also be surprised to know tht once he operated on my mother in shorts 😆 ...with his operation robes on.

Considering this, Sid is not a family friend but like a family member to Simran and Astha Nursing Home is kinda his family unit. In tht case, I guess he can dress informal.

But Sid bhaiya, informal mein bhi acche clothes aate hain.. I'm sure you will agree to this.

😆😆😆 Very true ! Vishal Singh, who plays Siddhant, used to be very good looking almost 10 years ago when he featured in serials like Dekh Bhai Dekh , but now he has put on so much weight and looks so tired all the time!!

Moreover he deliberately wears funny clothes that accentuate his flab😆

If Vishal Singh (Siddhant) has been acting in serials for 10 years - exactly how hold does it make him? The character of Sidd is 26 to 28 years old - so maybe this actor is trying to look youthful? Anyway I agree the clothes are not only inappropriate for a doctor but in a typical South Asian serial - who cares about accuracy of plot or time or details?
