Saakshi tells Simran that she has settled in Canada and is in India only for 2 days with her husband. She leaves her visiting card and leaves. Saakshi reminisces Simran as her lecturer and how she admired her and had made her idol. Saakshi feels very sad about the fact that Simran has lost her eyesight. Saakshi reaches her husband; Nakul and he ask her to go for a party. However, she begs out and he leaves angered. Meanwhile, Simran thinks that Saakshi is the right person to take her place at the hospital, since they were losing a lot of patients at the hospital. She goes to her along with Abhi and asks her to take up the position. However, Nakul asks her to refuse to take it up or else end their relationship. Hence, Saakshi turns down Simran's offer after a hopeful Simran has made all the arrangements for her to take over. Simran is very shocked.

This storyline reminds me of nikki's own real life story...she was settled in UK and was asked to "run astha nursing home as well" 😉 by ajai sinha....initially, her hubby didn't want i presume, and then he became very supportive...i reckon that's what'll happen.. 😛 😎

hmmm good guess... so now the story will be inspired from real life incidents... In that case, if Astha was alive, they wud have showed her as an actress who meets with an accident on the sets and is bed ridden for 3 months and then she fights back.

Sia and Sid'd story can be inspired from Varun's real life story...his love marriage, then the extortion calls, nach baliye...and so on.

It seems a lot of the stuff in this serial in inspired by real life...sometimes we can have grumps about the way it is presented, but generally it is based on real life...e.g. apparently therre is a gynacologist that is like dr.simran somwhere inn delhi, and who married a man 10 yrs younger who apparently left her for another woman....
