In response to some people who felt that Aastha may not return, I don't know. I have a feeling she will but with another face (unless Yuvika wants to come back).. The body was not found and that to me is a big indicator. I maybe wrong of course..

How silly !!! If she keeps the name Sia, how will Astha's name die away ? As it is, Simran's hospital name is Astha !!!!

This really makes no sense, and Sia really started looking dumb to me 😕

I don't mean to offend the Sia lovers, but her character has started to get on the nerves !!!

I think it is actually selfish of her to rob Astha's memory like that. Maybe it is an attempt to redirect some attention onto herself? Notice Simran never asked for Sia after the accident...only Astha...
