I acknowledge that Radhaji has a mental illness, but she is Astha's nani. I
know that Simran is hurt, but why forget that an extremely young girl has
died and her grandmom needs to be informed. If they think that she will
be unable to handle the news, the least Abhi et al can do is inform
Poonam. What do you guys think

I do not think Radhaji is ok enough to recognise people. She is living in her own world, so she is not aware of what is going on around her...Though i believe that Poonam should be informed. Maybe, they will , in the coming episodes. They are all so tensed and worried about Simran and brooding over the death of AStha, that , i think they will all take time to open up before others... 😳
