The Thai dramas always remind me of Charlotte Lamb's old Harlequin novels which I have read like a hundred times..Thai revenge/betrayal/rape scenarios always reminds me of this author! She writes the best Harlequins I have ever read..Just saying if you are a reader too! LOL.😆

And, coming back to What Happens in Bali..as I said it is not everyone's cup of tea..too many twists and madness all around that it is hard to keep up..But, I watched b/c I am addicted to obsessive psychotic heroes be it in the dramas, in my novels or even in the movies..Atleast, you loved the ending 😆...

Yeah, My Girl is great! Especially Lee Dong Wook and Lee Jung Ki! Loved these two!

Also, if you loved the pairing in Game Rai, Game Ruk..their debit drama was a SUPER DUPER HIT! It was full on romance, comedy sort of like Rome and Juliet, as there families were enemies in there, but these two enemies cum friends fall in love!😳..No Rape scene in this one! He loved and worshipped her too much, as did she!😃

It is called Duang Jai Akkanee..It is available to download on Jasmin's Lakorn Blog! You will be addicted to this one! There are 3 brothers and a sister, and they all get their love stories..This is the second brother's story Nadech and Yaya!😳

I have a thing for these dark guys. I liked Flute Bwwwoooyyy in Faith, Shunji in Bridal Mask and that hawwtttiiie stalker in My gf is a gumiho. 😆😆😆

And that's a wig! Awww damn! Takes away 60% of the appeal.

got up to ep 7 of what happened in bali (and I watched the ending before starting the drama so atleast I know it ends well) BUT and this is a big butt, jo in sung can't do it all. the story is just too all over the place IMO. It starts off well and I suppose it keeps with the theme but there are just so many twists and turns that at some point, it stops making sense. bottom line, I am left all to confused by this drama to continue.

my girl, on the other hand, now that's my kind of thing. only partway through ep 1 but I like it so far.

K so there is the thing about thai lakorns...they're called "slap and kiss" for a reason - yes the big R word...rape🤢 and it's really not something I approve or enjoying watching in Thai Lakors (not all of them have it ofcourse) - other than that, they're pretty perfect and some of the BEST chemistry I have scene...I will say, TRY to watch it and kinda sorta ignore that part lol the lead couple clears the air about that in a couple episodes...but honestly, it's just not some people's cup of tea so I TOTALLY understand...but goodness, their acting is amazing near the end...i'd watch the last couple episodes if you can lol

you all, my girl has pulled me out of sappy, angsty, melo land. I am so much happier on the other side. THANK YOU sweetsorrow.

@Donna...Tomorrow I'll Still Love You is called Proong Nee Gor Ruk Ter in Thai..U'll find it under letter P..But start off w/ Duang Jai Akkanee..I believe you would like that the best out of all three..
