How are you liking it?

As yummy as LMH is, I was very disappointed in this drama...for one, the script was all over the place, the time travel hecka confused me...saving grace was LMH and his mane of glory (and man, does he look good with it) - anyway, that's just my opinion😆 just wondering how others found it

butting in here. I liked the concept in the plot "the sword is heavy" or the burden of taking a human life. It swallows the Woo Dal Chi deeper and deeper until he can longer take it. I also liked the medical aspects, the bromance, the cute OTP scenes. What I did not like was the antagonist and his band of misfit toys. They were too repetitive especially in the last few episodes. So, had there been less of the vilian action and more focus on the king/ his warriors/ heaven's doctor, I would have rated this drama a 9/10. As is, it earns a 7.5.

The costumes and the blue scarf were too die for. LMH wears everything well.

I agree, the main problem with this drama was the lack consistency and definitely reptitive...I mean, gosh how many times was she poisoned, then saved only to be poisoned again😆...it was the same conflicts over and over...needless to say, LMH would make a paper bag look HOT.

@ sweetsorrow18...still just at the beginning stages of the drama...only thing I find is a little off puting is that it can move a little faster for my taste...but so far I am liking the story...don't care for the time travel or special powers that they have...and yeah LMH is just too yummy in this one to pass by...

@sweetsorrow watched the thai drama in your siggies. love every bit of the island sequence. it was picture perfect.

but soon as siachon raped fah, I dropped the show like a hot potato. NOPE, that don't fly.

got up to ep 7 of what happened in bali (and I watched the ending before starting the drama so atleast I know it ends well) BUT and this is a big butt, jo in sung can't do it all. the story is just too all over the place IMO. It starts off well and I suppose it keeps with the theme but there are just so many twists and turns that at some point, it stops making sense. bottom line, I am left all to confused by this drama to continue.

my girl, on the other hand, now that's my kind of thing. only partway through ep 1 but I like it so far.

thank you for all the recommendations (@kshowsfangirl as well). No matter if good, bad, or anything in between, I am having fun :)

You should continue watching Game Rai, Game Ruk...they are a pairing to watch! And, just saying all the revenge Thai dramas normally have rape scenes..I know this is not everyone's cup of tea but that is Thai revenge dramas norm..the rape scenes are a part of their dramas..not so much now..but revenge dramas typically seem to have them!

And, Game Rai, Game Ruk and Sawan Biang were the only revenge dramas where I felt that the heroine did not frogive the hero that easily..She made the hero grovel in both dramas..These two are worth every second when you finish watching it.But, having watched a lot of Thai dramas, I have learnt to get over the rape scenes since this what the writers there tend to go w/..

The Thai dramas always remind me of Charlotte Lamb's old Harlequin novels which I have read like a hundred times..Thai revenge/betrayal/rape scenarios always reminds me of this author! She writes the best Harlequins I have ever read..Just saying if you are a reader too! LOL.😆

And, coming back to What Happens in Bali..as I said it is not everyone's cup of tea..too many twists and madness all around that it is hard to keep up..But, I watched b/c I am addicted to obsessive psychotic heroes be it in the dramas, in my novels or even in the movies..Atleast, you loved the ending 😆...

Yeah, My Girl is great! Especially Lee Dong Wook and Lee Jung Ki! Loved these two!

Also, if you loved the pairing in Game Rai, Game Ruk..their debit drama was a SUPER DUPER HIT! It was full on romance, comedy sort of like Rome and Juliet, as there families were enemies in there, but these two enemies cum friends fall in love!😳..No Rape scene in this one! He loved and worshipped her too much, as did she!😃

It is called Duang Jai Akkanee..It is available to download on Jasmin's Lakorn Blog! You will be addicted to this one! There are 3 brothers and a sister, and they all get their love stories..This is the second brother's story Nadech and Yaya!😳
