I am back with update.

PART - 23

Arjun, Aisha, Sameer and others come out from the hall hearing Ayaan’s scream. Sameer and Arjun starts looking here and there. After a moment they found Ayaan near stairs. They run towards him.

ARJUN: Ayaan

Ayaan is crying badly which scared them.

AISHA: Ayaan kya hua?

SAMEER: Aur Sakshi kaha hai?

AYAAN: Badman unhe apne saath terrace pe le gaye

Ayaan said between sobs.

ARJUN: What?!!! Kon badman?

AYAAN: Pata nahi... Kaale kapde pehne hai unho ne... me aur Angel yaha baatein kar rahe the... achanak badman aaye aur unho ne mujhe Angel ke haathon se khich liya aur mujhe zameen pe push kar diya... phir Angel ko sarr pe maara aur le gaye...

Arjun and Sameer exchange look.

SAMEER: Aisha Ayaan ko sambhalo...

Aisha nods in yes and hold Ayaan. Sameer and Arjun went upstairs. Some boys and girls follow them too. When they reach on top floor they found that the door of terrace is locked from other side. Arjun and Sameer starts trying to break the lock or door to unlock it. Unfortunately they don't have their gun to break the lock. After lot of trials they get success in breaking the door. They reached come on terrace and starts looking for Sakshi. Same time Ayaan come there calling Sakshi’s name.

ARJUN: Ayaan aap yaha kyun aaye? Niche jaauo aap

AYAAN: Nahi mujhe Angel ke pass rehna hai... Kahan hai meri Angel?

ARJUN: Ayaan tum...

Before he can finish all heard laugh. It’s an evil laugh. All turns that side. One man in black clothes and anonymous mask is standing there. He look at Arjun and said,

MAN: Kaise ho ACP Arjun Rawte?

He raised his hand gesturing Hi. Seeing his hand Arjun's eyes went wide open. Rage filled inside him. He make a fist and said in deep angry voice,

ARJUN: Sikandar

Sameer and Aisha heard it and look at Sikandar with angry eyes. Sikandar laughs and starts clapping.

SIKANDAR: Waah toh aap hume bhoole nahi hai...Yeh dekh ke bohat khushi hui...

AYAAN: Meri Angel kaha hai? Kyun maara aap ne unko? Kyun le aaye apne saath? Mujhe Angel chahiye... Leke aauo meri Angel ko

Ayaan said in angry tone. Sikandar see him and take a step towards him but immediately Arjun, Sameer and Aisha come in front of Ayaan and hide him behind them.

SIKANDAR: Aree daro mat... Usko maarne ka mera koi iraada nahi hai... Aakhir usko toh zinda hi rehna padega naa aap sab ki moat pe rone ke liye

ARJUN: Sakshi kaha hai?

Arjun asked sternly.

SIKANDAR: Itni bhi kya jaldi...

Before he can finish Arjun asked in cold voice,

ARJUN: Sakshi kaha hai?

SIKANDAR: Zara sa bhi sabar nahi hai (He nods in negative and sighs then said) theek hai ab jab tum dekhna hi chahte ho toh...

Sikandar went behind the pillar and come back holding Sakshi. All gasped in terror seeing bomb on her stomach. She is struggling to free herself. Her mouth is covered with cloth and tears are continuously rolling down on her cheeks. Seeing bomb Sameer immediately ordered,

SAMEER: Move everyone... ( He look at Aisha) Aisha...

Aisha understand his unspoken words and nods in yes. She take charge and make everyone move back and order them to go downstairs.

RUDRA: Nahi hum nahi jaayenge... dekho kaise usne Sakshi pe bomb lagaya hai... hum kahin nahi jaa rahe

VIVAN: Haan hum humare friends ko kisi psycho ke saath chhod kar nahi jaayenge... Hum yahi rahenge

ALL: Haan

AISHA: Aap please baat samjhiye aur niche jaiiye... Yaha khatra hai

TANYA: Jo bhi hoga dekha jaayega lakin hum aap ko akela nahi chhodenge...

AISHA: Yeh request nahi mera order hai... Agar aap sab humari help karna chahte hai toh aap sab niche jaayenge aur building mein aur jo koi bhi hai usko bhi bahar nikalenge...

SHIVYA: Lakin

AISHA: Apke dost trained officers hai... Chief hai... Unhe pata hai unhe kya karna hai aur kaise karna hai... Please humari tension mat lijiye aur niche jaiiye... Trust us ok?

KIAAN: Promise us ki aap sab safe humare pass wapas aayenge

AISHA: Hum aap ke pass wapas zaroor aayenge... Now please go aur (Pushing Ayaan towards them) Ayaan ko apne saath hi rakhiyega... Usko kahin mat jaane dena

Ayaan didn't leave Aisha's hand and said,

AYAAN: Mujhe nahi jaana.... Mujhe aap sab ke pass rehna hai

AISHA: Ayaan abhi zidd nahi ok? Its not a right time... Aap sab ke saath niche jaauoge and that's final

AYAAN: Karunga me zidd... Me nahi jaaunga

Aisha let out frustrated sigh and signal friends to take Ayaan with them. Nitya and Tanya hold Ayaan's hand. Ayaan starts crying more and shouting her name. Aisha is feeling very bad about it but she know that she have to do it. Aisha quickly move towards Sameer.

In mean time, Arjun moved towards Sikandar in anger. Sakshi starts moving her head in negative. Then Sikandar show him the remote. Arjun immediately stop on place seeing remote in his hand.

SIKANDAR: Sab sahi kehte hai... Smart ho tum... Agar ek aur kadam aage badhaya toh remote ka button dub jaayega and phir boom

He said with evil smirk. Aisha and Sameer are standing together beside Arjun.

ARJUN: Tumhari dushmani mujhse hai toh phir inn sab ko bich mein kyun laa rahe ho? Dekho inn sab ko jaane do... Me waada karta hoon ki inke jaane ke baad me koi chalaki nahi karunga... Yaha sirf tum aur me honge aur saath me yeh bomb bhi...

SAMEER: Yeh kya bakwaas kar raha hai tu? Tera dimaag toh kharab nahi ho gaya hai?!

ARJUN: Me baat kar raha hoon naa

SAMEER: Kya khak baat kar rahe ho?! Tune socha bhi kaise ki me tujhe yaha iss ke saath akela chhod ke chala jaaunga

ARJUN: Sam tum...

AISHA: Arjun Bhaiya... Sameer sahi keh rahe hai... Hum aap ko chhod ke kahin nahi jaayenge

SIKANDAR: Waah kya bhaichaara hai tum logon ke bich... Tum logon ne toh mujhe senti kar diya... Itni dosti, itna pyaar... kya family hai... (He nods in negative and said) Nahi nahi me kon hota hoon tum sab ko alag karne waala... Bas phir tay raha aaj tum sab ek saath hi iss duniya ko alvida kahoge...

ARJUN: Yeh jung hum dono ki hai Sikandar... Inka isse koi lena dena nahi hai...

Sikandar shouts,

SIKANDAR: Hai... Lena dena hai... Me inko bich me nahi laaya... Yeh sab khud chal ke bich mein aaye hai

SAMEER: Kya matlab hai tumhara?

SIKANDAR: Minister Shiv Shukla

Sameer, Arjun and Aisha exchange look.

SIKANDAR: Mera business kitna accha chal raha tha… Shinde ke saath sab set tha… lakin iss Arjun ne phir se bich mein taang adana shuru kar diya iss liye maine isko raaste se hatane ka plan banaya… kitni mehnat se maine plan banaya tha... Uss Malik ki plastic surgery karwai (Looking at Arjun) tujhe kidnap kiya, itni khatirdaari ki... sab kuch theek chal raha tha lakin (he tighten his hold on Sakshi on which Sakshi winced in pain) phir iss ladki ne ek second me sab palat diya... Iski wajah se Malik pakda gaya aur saara khel barbaad ho gaya

AISHA: Toh tum minister Shiv Shukla aur Shinde ke liye kaam karte ho?

SIKANDAR: Me uske liye?

Sikandar laughs and continue,

SIKANDAR: Vo mere liye kaam karte the... Tum sab ne milke saara plan chopat kar diya aur mere saare aadmiyon ko jail pohcha diya iss liye mujhe khud aana pada... Aur phir aaj itna bada din hai... Aazadi ke 75 saal poore hue hai... Poore desh mein Amrit Mahotsav manaya jaa raha hai toh maine socha aaj me bhi kuch accha kaam kar leta hoon... Jiss tarah hume angrezon se aazadi mili thi waise hi me mere baaki doston ko ETF se aazadi dilwa deta hoon taaki sab apna kaam shanti se kar paaye... Bomb iss ladki pe phatega aur uske saath marenge ETF ka Chief, Second In Command aur ammunition expert...

Suddenly he see Ayaan behind Aisha.

SIKANDAR: Aree tum abhi bhi yahin ho? Niche nahi gaye?

Arjun look back and found Ayaan. Wave of fear run into his body. Here Sakshi also get terrified seeing Ayaan. She starts struggling to say something or free herself from his grip. Aisha and Sameer goes near Ayaan.

AISHA: Ayaan maine aap ko sab ke saath niche bheja tha naa?! Phir aap yaha kya kar rahe ho

Sameer look back and found that the door of terrace is locked.

SAMEER: Toh aap ne sab ko trick kiya?

Ayaan said nothing. Sameer mutters "Damn it" in tension and frustration.

ARJUN: Ayaan niche jaauo abhi

AYAAN: No... Me kahin nahi jaaunga... Mujhe aap sab ke saath hi rehna hai

Arjun see him angrily and said,

ARJUN: I said go

Ayaan shouted back.

AYAAN: No

Seeing Sakshi's struggle from long time Sikandar see her.

SIKANDAR: Lagta hai aap ki pyaari team member aap se kuch kehna chahti hai... Me itna bhi boora nahi hoon... Aakhri iccha kehne ka haq toh sab ko milna chahiye...

Saying he remove the cloth from her mouth. As soon as he did it, Sakshi said,

SAKSHI: Ayaan please jaiiye yaha se...

AYAAN: Nahi Angel

SAKSHI: Apne promise kiya tha ki aap zidd nahi karenge aur bado ki baat manenge... Please aap chale jaauo yaha se...

AYAAN: Aap sab mere saath aauoge toh hi me jaaunga...

SIKANDAR: Dekho me tumhe koi choat nahi pohchana chahta... Iss liye accha yahi hoga ki sab ki baat maano aur chale jaauo yaha se...

AYAAN: Aap meri Angel, Dad, Big Dad aur Bua ko jaane do toh me chala jaaunga...

ARJUN: Aisha tum Ayaan ko yaha se leke jaauo

SIKANDAR: Naa naa naa… Agar yeh yaha se jaane ki koshish karegi toh button dab jaayega... Yeh offer sirf iss bacche ke liye hai

AYAAN: Mujhe nahi chahiye aap ka offer… aap bad uncle ho aur bad kaam karte ho… mujhe aap ki koi baat nahi manna hai

Ayaan said angrily. Sikandar see him with amusement and said,

SIKANDAR: Maan gaye Arjun... Tumhara beta toh ekdam tumhare jaisa hai... khair Me tumhe poore 1 minute ka waqut deta hoon... Agar 1 minute ke andar agar yeh yaha se nahi gaya toh majbooran mujhe isko bhi... Samjh rahe ho naa...

It scares Arjun. Without wasting single second Arjun goes near Ayaan and hold his hand. He starts walking towards terrace door but Ayaan free himself and said,

AYAAN: Nahi jaaunga me yaha se…

Before Arjun can hold him, Ayaan run towards Sikandar which shocked everyone. Sakshi starts nodding in no in fear.

ARJUN: Ayaan

Arjun run with his all strength. Here seeing everyone coming near him Sikandar press the button so bomb's timer get started. He pushed Sakshi on floor. Sakshi hissed badly in pain. In mean time Arjun grab Ayaan’s hand. Sikandar run towards terrace railing and try to climb on it. Aisha hold Ayaan, Arjun run towards Sakshi while Sameer run towards Sikandar. All this things happen so quickly infraction of second.

Before Sikandar can jump, Sameer grab his hand and pulled him back. Sikandar starts struggling and fight starts between Sikandar and Sameer. Here Arjun check the bomb and it showing only 40 seconds has left.

ARJUN: Aisha Ayaan ko leke jaauo

AISHA: Ok lakin Bhaiya aap sab ko safe wapas aana hoga aur I know ki aap sab wapas aayenge... I trust you...

Aisha said agreeing with him and avoid any kind of argument as Arjun is damn angry and she know that Ayaan's safety is the top priority right now. She picked Ayaan in her arms and run towards door. Ayaan keep struggling and crying but Aisha doesn't pay attention to him. She look one last time at Arjun, then Sakshi and in last at her love Sameer before closing the door. Fear and tears both are evident on Aisha's face. She finally close the door and run downstairs. Here,

SAKSHI: Arjun tum please chale jaauo yaha se…Ayaan needs you…

Arjun didn’t reply and starts checking wires.

SAKSHI: Arjun sun rahe ho tum… jaauo yaha se please…

Arjun said nothing. Sakshi look at Sameer who has overpowered Sikandar.

SAKSHI: Sam yeh toh meri baat nahi sun raha atleast tum toh meri baat maan lo... Mere baare mein nahi Ayaan ke baare mein socho... Ayaan ko uske Dad aur Big Dad ki zaroorat hai Sam aur phir iss Sikandar ko bhi iske gunaah ki saza deni hai... Roshni ko insaaf dilana hai... Please Sam Sikandar aur Arjun dono ko leke chale jaauo yaha se... Mere liye apni zindagi daav pe mat lagao please...

Sameer ignore whatever she says and come near them holding Sikandar. He check time timer.

SAMEER: Sirf 30 seconds hai Arjun… (To Sikandar) Bol kon sa wire iss bomb ko deactivate karega

But Sikandar said nothing. Sameer twist his hand tightly making Sikandar hissed in pain.

SAMEER: Bol

Sikandar laughs weakly but didn't utter a single word. Sakshi nods in total disbelief. She shouted between sobs,

SAKSHI: Tum dono kya time pass kar rahe ho… jaauo yaha se… please samjho meri baat ko

Arjun is analysing the wire. He said,

ARJUN: Sam black one

Sameer see the bomb and said,

SAMEER: No I think red one

Arjun again check the wires.

ARJUN: Yeh shayad hume confuse karne ke liye hai... I am going with a green one

SAMEER: Hmm I agree... Green ko kaato

Arjun and Sameer looked into each other's eyes. They both are sweating badly and their breaths are getting heavy with each passing second. Sameer look at bomb and said,

SAMEER: 15 seconds… jaldi karo Arjun

SAKSHI: Please jaauo yaha se

Sakshi shouts one more time in cracked voice and starts crying badly. Arjun closed his eyes and take a deep sigh. He grab the green wire and lower his head to Sakshi’s stomach.

SAKSHI: Arjun no

Sakshi said while crying. He look at timer. 10 seconds has left. He think about Ayaan once and then look up at Sakshi. Their eyes met. Tears roll down on her cheeks. She think once and said…

SAKSHI: Arjun I… I…

Sakshi couldn't continue. She closed her eyes and few more tears roll down on her cheeks. Arjun lowered his head as timer is showing 6 seconds. Sameer shut his eyes tightly as he don’t know what will happen in next moment. In moment he thought about his best moment with his parents, his team, Arjun, Ayaan and in last he remember Aisha's smiling face which bring smile on his face too. Arjun cut the wire by his teeth and closed his eyes. All get freeze as if time get stop in this moment. No one move a single muscle for couple of seconds.

After some seconds, Arjun open his eyes and look at timer. It stopped on 2 second and he took a deep sigh of relief. Sameer too open his eyes and found everyone safe. Tear roll down on his cheeks too. Sakshi realise that she is still breathing and blast sound didn’t heard yet. She slowly open her eyes and found Arjun in front of her who is looking at her with teary eyes. Sakshi look down and found defused bomb. Sakshi starts crying as reality hits her. Arjun quickly remove the bomb from her stomach. As soon as he done with it, He hugged her tightly. Sakshi too hug him back.

They are hugging each other very tightly as if in next second something will happen and will separate them and they don’t want to let it happen. They are assuring themselves that they are safe and still alive. They are feeling each other’s breaths, hearing fast heartbeats of each other, feeling the warmth of their bodies and trying hard to hide each other into embrace so that no one can separate them. Tears are continuously rolling on their cheeks.

Sameer smile emotionally seeing them. This moment proved that they both are in love with each other. Sameer has seen the fear of losing Sakshi in Arjun’s eyes. He is now sure that his best friend is ready to move on its just he need sometime to arrange his thoughts in proper way to take the final decision. Sameer wiped his tears and called them softly,

SAMEER: Arjun… Sakshi…

Arakshi break the hug and see him. Sameer nods as if assuring them that they all are safe and sound. Sakshi get up and hug Sameer tightly. Sameer encircle his free hand around her and caresses her hairs lovingly. Sakshi break the hug and see him. Sameer kissed on her forehead and Sakshi smiles. Sameer look at Arjun. Arjun take a step and he too share brotherly hug with Sameer. Arjun break the hug and look at Sameer.

SAMEER: Sab theek hai

Arjun nods in yes and said,

ARJUN: Sab theek hai Sam

Then Arjun noticed Sikandar and anger raised inside him. Arjun punched him hard making him fall on the floor. Sakshi and Sameer exchange look seeing Arjun's anger. Arjun goes near Sikandar and hold his collar angrily.

ARJUN: Tujhe toh ab poori duniya ke saamne benaqab karunga mein…bohat shokh hai naa apni identity chhupane ka tujhe…

Saying Arjun starts dragging him towards door. Sakshi and Sameer follow them. Arjun keep dragging Sikandar on the stairways too.

Here everyone is standing outside the hotel. Ayaan is still in Aisha’s arms and crying badly. Aisha is really having hard time to control him. With that she is looking worried and scared too and so others. Ayaan’s gaze falls on Arjun and he call him,

AYAAN: Dad

All see towards the stairs and found Arjun who is angrily dragging Sikandar. Behind him Sakshi and Sameer are coming too. Trio are looking fine so everyone take sigh of relief.

Arjun reached near everyone and pushed Sikandar on ground in front of all batch mates. Ayaan starts struggling again seeing Arakshi and Sameer so Aisha put him down. Ayaan runs towards them. Arakshi and Sameer see him and they immediately sit on their knees to hug him. Ayaan hug all of them tightly. After a long moment they break hug. Sakshi hold his hand and kissed on his knuckles while at the same time Arjun cupped his face and wiped his tears. Then Sameer kissed on his forehead. Ayaan again hug them.

SAMEER: Ab sab theek hai Ayaan

AYAAN: Mujhe bohat darr lag raha tha

Ayaan break the hug and see them.

AYAAN: Aap sab ne mujhe yaha kyun bhej diya... mujhe aap ke saath hi rehna tha...

ARJUN: Sam ne kaha naa ab sab theek hai... aap ko darr ne ki zaroorat nahi hai... hum baad mein aaram se baat karenge ok? Abhi Papa ko ek important kaam khatam karna hai

Ayaan nods in yes. Sakshi think once and look at Tanya.

SAKSHI: Tanya please tum Ayaan ko andar le jaauogi?

Hearing it Ayaan said immediately,

AYAAN: Nahi mujhe nahi jaana aap ko chhod ke

ARJUN: Papa aur Big Dad ko iss bad man se kuch baat karni hai iss liye aap yaha nahi reh sakte

AYAAN: Nahi Papa… mujhe nahi jaana... Mujhe darr lagta hai aap sab se durr jaake

Arjun and Sakshi see each other. Sakshi asked Arjun through eyes and Arjun nods in yes. Sakshi makes Ayaan turn towards her and asked,

SAKSHI: Accha lakin aap mere saath toh aauoge naa? Me rahungi aap ke saath phir toh aap ko darr nahi lagega naa?

Ayaan nods in no. Sakshi smile slightly and pick Ayaan into her arms. Before leaving from there Sakshi look into Arjun's eyes and said,

SAKSHI: Me aur Ayaan tumhara wait kar rahe hai Arjun iss liye jo bhi karo soch samjh ke karna… apne gusse ko khud pe haavi mat hone dena

Arjun too look into her eyes and nods slightly. Sakshi smiles and went inside.

As soon as Sakshi went inside, Arjun look at Sikandar who is on ground hissing in pain and looking very much weak. He is injured too as Arjun dragged him badly. Arjun sit beside him and grab his hairs tightly.

ARJUN: Bohat chhupa liya tune apna chehra... aaj sab ko pata chal jaayega ki Sikandar ka asli chehra kya hai

Saying he remove his anonymous mask but seeing his face everyone's eyes gets wide and all see him with jaw dropped face.

ARJUN: Soham

Arjun whispers with great shock.

ARJUN: T...Tu Sikandar hai?! T... Tune... M... Meri Roshni ko maara?!

Arjun's voice get cracked.

TANYA: Soham tum aisa... Kaise?!

VIVAN: Aree yaar Rosh humari best friend thi...

SAMEER: Best friend?! Sirf best friend nahi maanti thi vo tujhe...Rosh ne tujhe Bhai maan ke rakhi bandhi thi Soham aur tune uske vishwas aur pyaar ka yeh seela diya usse?

All are very much surprise to know that one of their group member "Soham" is Sikandar and he is the killer of Roshni. Rage filled inside Arjun. He tighten his grip on hairs and asked,

ARJUN: Kyun maara tune Roshni ko? Kyu kiya aisa?

Soham said nothing which raised Arjun's anger. He punched him hard and shouts angrily,

ARJUN: Bol

SOHAM: M.. Me usse maarna nahi chahta tha

Arjun asked gritting his teeth,

ARJUN: Toh kyun maara?

SOHAM: Usne m... meri baatein sun li thi... Roshni mujhse bohat naaraz thi kyun ki me Ayaan ke janam pe nahi aa paaya tha... Roshni jab bhi phone karti yahi kehti ki Ayaan apne Mama se milne ke liye betaab hai iss liye uss din mein surprise dene ke liye bina bataye waha aa gaya tha... Saath hi me yeh bhi dekhna chah raha tha ki tum drug trading ke case ke baare mein kya soch rahe ho... Jab Me tumhare ghar pohcha toh tum aur Sameer Ayaan ko leke bahar gaye hue the... Maine aur Roshni ne bohat saari baatein ki... Phir Roshni naasta banane kitchen mein chali gayi aur me TV dekhne laga... Ussi waqut mere aadmi ka call aaya ki naya drug consignment aa gaya hai... Me unse baat kar hi raha tha ki achanak se maine Roshni ko apne pichhe khada dekha... Usne mujhe baat karte sun liya tha... Usko pata chal gaya tha ki me hi Sikandar hoon...Tum already uss waqut Sikandar waale case pe kaam kar rahe the toh Roshni ko zara bhi waqut nahi laga poora scene samjhne mein...

He let out sigh and looked at everyone.

SOHAM: Aisa nahi hai ki maine usko samjhaya nahi… Maine usko samjhane ki bohat koshish ki thi… usko kaha tha ki vo apna muh bandh rakhe... Usko dhamkaya bhi tha lakin usne meri ek nahi suni...

All are looking at him with total disgust. Soham continue his story,

SOHAM: Jab mere pass aur koi raasta nahi bacha tab maine apni gang se kuch logon ko bula liya... Jab tak vo waha nahi pohche maine Roshni ko apni baaton mein busy rakhne ki poori koshish ki... Jaise hi mere aadmi waha aaye toh sab se pehle maine unko Roshni ko kidnap kar lene ka order diya... hum Roshni ko behosh kar ke le jaane hi waale the lakin Roshni ne smartness dikha ke tumhe phone karne ki koshish ki... But shukar hai ki maine usko end moment pe pakad liya aur vo tumhe call nahi kar paayi... Roshni ko behosh karne ki hatapai mein situation bigadne lagi... Roshni kuch samjh hi nahi rahi thi iss liye koi aur raasta naa dekh ke maine waha rakhe chaku se uspe humla kardiya...

Arjun's felt a sharp pain in his heart hearing all this. All friends are so shocked to hear this. They are unable to believe that their best friend, their group member Soham did this cruel thing. Sameer is looking at Soham with blank face. Soham look at Arjun and said,

SOHAM: Ussi waqut tum waha aa gaye… Unfortunately Roshni ki saansien chal rahi thi aur end time pe bhi vo koshish kar rahi thi ki tumhe sach bataye... Isse pehle ki vo kuch bol paati aur tum samjh paate maine tumhare sar pe vaar kar diya... tum behosh ho gaye aur uske baad thodi hi der mein Roshni ne bhi dum tod diya...

Roshni's death scene starts running in front of his eyes. His heart is hurting so badly. His grip loosen automatically. He get up slowly and moved back with absent mind. Sameer put hand on his shoulder and whispers,

Arjun didn't react. All friends feel very bad for Arjun.

SAMEER: Jab me waha police ko leke aaya tha tab tum waha nahi the aur naa hi koi saboot waha bache the... tumne itne kam waqut mein yeh sab kaise kar liya?

SOHAM: Jab Arjun akela aaya ghar ke andar me ussi waqut samjh gaya tha ki Arjun aur tumhe shaq ho gaya hai... Mera yakeen karo me kabhi bhi Ayaan ko hurt nahi karna chahta tha iss liye jab tum aur Ayaan waha nahi dikhe toh mujhe bohat accha laga... lakin me yeh bhi jaanta tha ki tum thodi der mein wapas zaroor aauoge... mujhe pata tha ki tumhare purane ghar aur Arjun ke ghar ke bich ka raasta 15 min ka hai... 15 minutes tumhe waha pohchne mein lage aur waha se aane ke 15 min... uss bich mujhe uss area se durr bhi nikalna tha iss liye maine ek proper escape plan banaya... me waha se bhaag gaya aur mere admiyon se kaha ki jab tum Arjun aur Roshni ko leke hospital jaauo tab pichhe se aake waha se saare saboot mita de... tum waha aaye aur jaisa maine socha tha waise hi tum Roshni aur Arjun ko leke hospital chale gaye... tumhare jaane ke baad mera ek admi police ki uniform me waha gaya aur waha talashi lene ke bahane se saare saboot mita diye... waha itna tension tha aur itne police wale the ki kisi ko kuch pata hi nahi chala aur mera kaam ho gaya...

Sameer hold his collar and said,

SAMEER: Itna ghinona kaam karne ke baad tujhe zara si bhi sharam nahi aayi Roshni ki moat pe rone ka natak karte hue... Apne haathon se apni behen ki jaan lene ke baad uski moat ka lizaam Arjun pe laga ke usse dosti todne ka jootha natak kiya tune... Arjun uss din chup chaap tere har ilzaam sunta raha yeh soch ke ki uski case solve karne ki zid ke chalte Roshni ki jaan chali gayi... ab samjh aaya ki tu rishta kyun todna chahta tha... tu jaanta tha ki agar humse rishta rakhega toh tumhara sach ek naa ek din saamne aa hi jaayega... Roshni ki moat ke bahane tune apna raasta clear kar diya... ghin aati hai mujhe yeh soch ke tujhse humara koi rishta bhi hai...

Soham said nothing and look down.

AISHA: Roshni ko toh maar diya tha phir yahan kyun aaye tum?

SOHAM: Yaha aane ka reason me pehle hi bata chuka hoon... ETF ki wajah se mera accha khasa business kharab ho gaya...

RUDRA: Jab humne tumhe phone kiya tha reunion ke liye tab tumne kaha tha ki tum nahi aa pauoge kyun ki tumhe important kaam hai... tum toh out of country the naa phir

SOHAM: Haan me out of country hi tha... jab reunion ki baat hui toh pehle maine socha ki me jaaunga toh Arjun mujhe aise hi pehchaan jaayega kyun ki Roshni ki death waale din Arjun ne mere haath me bana "S" waala tattoo dekha tha... yeh tatto ek lauta saboot hai mere khilaaf lakin phir maine socha ki Reunion se accha moka nahi milega mujhe... yaha bheed ka fayda utha ke me apne maqsad ko anjaam dena chahta tha... mujhe pata tha ki ek naa ek din Arjun mujh tak zaroor pohch jaayega iss liye maine socha ki aaj hi saara khel khatam kar doon... Sakshi, Sameer aur Arjun tino ek saath ek hi jagah vo bhi bina kisi protection aur weapons ke... isse accha chance aur kya ho sakta hai

All see him with total disbelief and hatred eyes. Same time Police's jeep arrived there. Sameer talk with police. One of the officer put handcuffs in Soham's hand and take him with them. Silence filled the air. Everyone is lost in their own thoughts. Sameer goes near Arjun as he standing like a lifeless statue. Sameer hug him but Arjun didn't even move. Sensing it Sameer parted and see him.

SAMEER: Arjun

Arjun said nothing and starts walking towards the venue. Aisha goes near Sameer and put hand on his shoulder.

AISHA: Thoda waqut dijiye unhe... Saare ghaav aaj ek baar phir taaza hi nahi hue hai gehre bhi ho gaye hai... Unho ne jisko kabhi apna parivaar maana tha usne hi unki duniya ujaad di yeh sach accept kar paana jab humare liye itna mushqil ho raha hai toh unke liye kitna mushqil hoga hum andaza bhi nahi laga sakte

Sameer nods slightly. Sameer look at friends and said,

SAMEER: I am sorry friends... Hum yaha masti karne ke liye, apne college days yaad karne ke liye ikatha hue the lakin yeh sab ho gaya... kahin naa kahin yeh sab humari wajah se hua hai... humari wajah se aap sab ki party spoil hui iss liye me hum sab ki aur se aap sab se maafi maangta hoon

KIAAN: Pagal ho gaye ho kya Sam? Kaisi baatein kar rahe ho... hum dost hai aur doston ke bich kya tera aur kya mera... hume toh khushi hai ki humare iss reunion ke plan ki wajah se aaj humari topper girl, humari Rosh ko insaaf mila

VIVAN: Haan tu please yeh maafi maang ke hume aisa mat feel karwa ki hum paraye hai...

SHIVYA: Rosh humari bhi dost thi Sam... bohat help kiya usne hume...study wise hi nahi lakin personal life ke issues mein bhi usne hume bohat support kiya tha

REHAAN: I am sure aaj Roshni bohat khush hui hogi kyun ki usne jo sach batane ki koshish mein jaan gawayi vo sach aakhirkaar saamne aa gaya vo bhi uske saare doston ke saamne

NITYA: Hum sab toh Soham ko humesha se humara dost samjhte the lakin aaj uska asli roop dekh ke itna boora feel ho raha hai... hum humare hi dost ke khooni se dosti nibha rahe the... disgusting

AISHA: Aap sab ko boora feel karne ki zaroorat nahi hai... aap mein se koi nahi jaanta tha ki Soham kaisa hai... iss liye uss baat ke liye apne aap ko dosh mat dijiye jiss baat se aap sab anjaan the... aap sab iss baat ki khushi manaiiye ki der se hi sahi hume sacchai pata chal gayi... aaj jo bhi hua accha hua...

All nods in yes agreeing with her.

AISHA: Sameer hume Arjun Bhaiya ke pass jaana chahiye

Sameer nods in yes and they all headed inside.

This side Sakshi and Ayaan are in the party hall. Sakshi is sitting on chair and Ayaan is sleeping in her arms. Arjun enter inside the hall. Sakshi see him. Arjun is looking completely lost.

SAKSHI: Arjun

Arjun see her. Sakshi felt as if someone stab her heart seeing his emotionless face and eyes. Sakshi slowly get up and make Ayaan rest his head on her shoulder and goes near Arjun.

SAKSHI: Kya hua Arjun? Tum aise... kuch kaha kya uss Sikandar ne?

Arjun said nothing and keep looking at her.

SAKSHI: Arjun tum kuch bol kyun nahi rahe? Bolo naa kya hua?

Arjun take Ayaan from Sakshi's hand.

SAKSHI: Arjun

Arjun didn’t reply and starts walking towards the exit. Same time others too enter in the hall. Arjun avoid all of them and keep walking. Sakshi run towards Sameer and asked,

SAKSHI: Kya hua hai Sameer? Arjun iss haal mein kaise? Kuch kiya kya Sikandar ne?

SAMEER: Tweety vo Sikandar…

SAKSHI: Sikandar kya?

SAMEER: Sikandar aur koi nahi humara dost Soham hai

Sakshi gasped in surprise hearing Sameer’s statement.

SAKSHI: S… Soham? Humara dost Soham Verma?

Sameer nods in yes.

SAKSHI: N…N…No I don’t believe this… Roshni ne Soham ko apna Bhai maana tha vo kaise Roshni ki jaan le sakta hai?! zaroor koi galatfami hui hai

RUDRA: Koi galatfami nahi hui hai Sakshi... usne apna crime sab ke saamne confess kiya hai… Roshni ko uska Sikandar hone ka sach pata chal gaya tha aur vo Arjun ko batana chahti thi iss liye Soham ne usko maar diya

Sakshi cover her mouth with her palm and tears rolls down on her cheeks. She understand Arjun’s mind state. She looked up at Sameer.

SAKSHI: Arjun… vo Ayaan ko leke bahar gaya hai… vo abhi apne hosh mein nahi hai… uska akele kahin bhi jaana safe nahi hoga… me uske pichhe jaa rahi hoon

Saying she run out from the hall. Aisha notice Sameer who is looking at Sakshi’s retreating form. Sameer shook his head as if brushing up all his thoughts. He sighs and turn towards his friends.

SAMEER: Guys phir kisi din milenge… abhi hum bhi chalte hai…

VIVAN: Arjun ka dhyaan rakhna

KIAAN: Aur kisi bhi cheez ki zaroorat ho toh bas ek call kar dena…

SAMEER: Thanks… Bye guys

FRIENDS: Bye

Aisha too bid bye to the friends. SaIsha come out from the hall and enter in parking area. They look around. Arjun’s car is missing. Before Sameer can call, he got a call from Sakshi.

SAMEER: Kaha ho tum? Arjun kaha hai?

SAKSHI: Arjun mere saath hi hai… don’t worry me waqut se pohch gayi thi… Me hi drive bhi kar rahi hoon aur Arjun ko seedha ghar leke jaa rahi hoon…tum dono bhi ghar aa jaauo

SAMEER: Nahi Sakshi… iss waqut hum waha aayenge bhi toh koi faayda nahi hoga aur tum toh ho hi uske pass toh tum uska dhyaan rakhna… abhi abhi uski injuries theek hui hai aur vo recover kar raha hai aise mein agar usne khud ko wapas se choat pohcha li toh problem ho jaayegi… hum kal office mein milte hai… Roshni ka case close karna hai toh kal sab ka office mein hona zaroori hai…

SAKSHI: Hmm… theek hai… kal milte hai

Sameer is about to disconnect but Sakshi stop him saying,

SAKSHI: Bunny

SAMEER: Haan

Sakshi said in soft loving tone,

SAKSHI: Please tum apna bhi khayal rakhna… bilkul bhi tension mat lena… jo kuch bhi Roshni ke saath hua aur jo kuch aaj hua uss mein naa tumhari koi galati thi aur naa hi Arjun ki… samay pe kisi ka bas nahi chalta hai Bunny…me tumhe jaanti hoon iss liye keh rahi hoon ki apne aap ko bilkul bhi dosh mat dena… tum humesha se ek sacche dost saabit hue ho… tumhare pyaar aur dosti me kabhi koi kami nahi thi Sam…

Sameer replied with small smile.

SAMEER: Thanks Sakshi… I will take care of myself aur I promise me apne aap ko blame nahi karunga

SAKSHI: Good… see you tomorrow… Good Night

SAMEER: Good Night Tweety

With that they disconnect the call.

AISHA: Kya hua?

SAMEER: Sakshi Arjun ke saath ghar jaa rahi hai…

AISHA: Hmm

SAMEER: Hum bhi ghar chalte hai…

Aisha nods in yes. They get into the car and headed towards the home.

ARJUN’S HOME

Sakshi park the car and come out. She goes at Arjun’s side and open the door.

SAKSHI: Arjun ghar aa gaya hai chalo

Arjun said nothing and look at Ayaan.

SAKSHI: Ayaan ko me le leti hoon

Arjun remain silent so Sakshi carefully pick Ayaan in her arms. Arjun too come out from the car. Sakshi lock the car doors and then they headed towards the house. Sakshi pulled out the keys and open the door. Arjun enter inside and directly went into room. Sakshi too walk towards the room. She enter in room but Arjun is nowhere. She heard the voice from the bathroom and understand that Arjun is in bathroom. Sakshi makes Ayaan sleep on the bed. She remove Ayaan’s shoes. Then she cover him with the blanket and place his pooh teddy beside him. She decided to change her clothes in other room so she grab her night dress and went out side. After changing her clothes and getting fresh, Sakshi check all the doors one final time and turn off the lights of living room. She then went into bedroom and found Arjun who is sleeping beside Ayaan. Sakshi goes near him. Marks of tears are visible on Arjun’s face. She is feeling sad for him. She lean a bit and caresses his hairs softly. She keep looking at his face for long time. She pulled out her phone and inform Sameer and Aisha about Arjun. Then she cover him properly in blanket and turn off the lights. She lay down on other side of bed. Soon she falls asleep.

NEXT DAY

Sakshi wake up and check the other side of bed. Ayaan is sleeping but Arjun is not there. Sakshi knock on the washroom's door but there's no one. Sakshi come out from the room and check whole house but Arjun is nowhere. She tried to call him but his phone is on the coffee table in living room. It makes her worried like hell. Sakshi is about to inform the team but same time Arjun enter inside. His jogging suit and his heavy breaths explain where he was.

SAKSHI: Arjun jogging pe jaana tha toh bata dete naa... me bohat darr gayi thi...

Arjun ignore her as if she is not there and went into the room. Time starts passing and Sakshi tried her best to make Arjun talk but Arjun was silent all the time. Ayaan gets bit upset seeing Arjun's lost state but Sakshi handle him well and divert his mind in other things. After completing all the work, Arakshi with Ayaan left for ETF. Sakshi decided to drive as Arjun is not in good state of mind. soon they reached at ETF.

In ETF all get upset and worried as Arjun is only replying when its something related about Roshni's case otherwise he ignore everyone all the time. It seems likes he is lost in some other world. by 2 PM, All complete all the necessary reports and files and with proper procedure they finally closed Roshni's case officially. after closing the case, Arjun went into his cabin. Sameer informed everyone that because of some important personal reasons, he have to go Jaipur for couple of days. On the mention of Jaipur, Ayaan get excited and he starts requesting Sameer to take him as well. As Arjun is not in good mood right now, Sameer thought that it would be a great if Ayaan stay away from this situation for some time so he happily get agreed with it. Arjun avoid to argue and said yes to Ayaan. Sameer give the responsiblites to the team and went home with Ayaan to pack the bags. Sakshi have to attend one press conference so she too left the ETF office.

FEW HOURS LATER

EVENING

Aisha, Shree, Chotu and Liza are in conference room and looking very worried. Shree is typing something in his laptop.

LIZA: Specky kuch pata chala?

SHREE: Nahi naa yaar…

Liza let out frustrated sigh and mutters,

LIZA: Tumhara software kisi kaam ka nahi hai

Shree looked up and said glaring at her,

SHREE: Mere software ko kuch bola naa toh mujhse boora koi nahi hoga

Liza reply him in same strong voice,

LIZA: Aur agar agle kuch minutes mein Arjun sir ka pata nahi chala toh mujhse boora koi nahi hoga…

SHREE: 1 ghante se try kar raha hoon naa…phone bandh dikha raha hai iss mein software ki kya galati?!

LIZA: Aise toh bade tech expert bane phirte ho… ek phone nahi trace kar sakte… bandh hai toh kya kare hum? Haath pe haath deke bethe rahe? Koi aur raasta hoga naa Arjun sir ki location pata karne ka

SHREE: Ek toh tumne dhyaan nahi rakha uppar se ab mujhpe chilla rahi ho… jaanti thi naa ki kal raat jo kuch hua uske baad vo kitna depress the phir kyun jaane diya tumne unhe akele?

LIZA: Maine awaz lagayi thi lakin vo sune tab naa… maine pichha bhi kiya tha unka lakin phir pata nahi vo bheed ke bich kaha aur kis taraf chale gaye

SHREE: Thoda aur dhyaan deti toh hum yaha bethe pareshan nahi ho rahe hote

LIZA: Shree you can’t blame me like this…

CHOTU: Guys can you just shut up for god sake?

Liza and Shree become silent on his scolding.

CHOTU: Arjun sir pichhle 4 ghante se missing hai… Unka phone bandh hai… ass pass kisi ne unko dekha nahi hai aur ghar vo pohche nahi hai… naa hi beach pe dikhe aur naa hi ass pass ke kisi café yaa chai ki stall pe… unke purane ghar pe bhi nahi gaye hai… aise mein yeh matter kitna serious ho gaya hai uska andaza bhi hai tum dono ko?

AISHA: Chotu is right… vo toh accha hai ki Sameer aur Ayaan abhi flight mein hai

Liza check time and she become more worried.

LIZA: Aisha yaha se Jaipur ki flight ko sirf 2 ghante lagenge… yeh maan lete hai ki unhe process finish karte karte 1 ghanta aur nikal jaayega phir bhi humare pass sirf dedh ghanta bacha hai… I am sure waha land hone ke baad airport se bahar aate hi vo Arjun sir ko phone karne ki koshish karenge… agar unka phone nahi laga toh vo hume phone try karenge… hum unhe kya jawab denge tab?

CHOTU: Hume inn dedh ghante mein kaise bhi kar ke pata lagana hoga ki Arjun sir kaha gaye hai

All get agree with him. Shree again try to locate his phone but he is unable to do it.

SHREE: Jab tak phone on nahi hota tab tak kuch nahi ho sakta…

AISHA: Samjh nahi aa raha ki Arjun Bhaiya ko aakhir hua kya hai… poora din bit gaya… naa kuch theek se bolte hai aur naa hi humari koi baat sunte hai… apne aap mein hi khoye khoye hai… kabhi kabhi toh aisa lagta hai ki unke liye hum exist hi nahi karte hai… hume toh kher jaane do lakin Ayaan… usse bhi theek se baat nahi ki unho ne…

LIZA: I am telling you guys… Arjun sir is tramatize right now… unka behaviour yeh baat saaf saaf dikha raha hai… Sikandar ke saath hue sudden encounter ne unke dil aur dimaag pe gehra asar chhoda hai… jab koi apna hi hume back stab karta hai toh sambhal paana aasan nahi hota hai… unka dimaag abhi sirf Roshni ke death ke baare mein soch raha hai…

AISHA: Hmm shayad tum sahi keh rahi ho… Ab mujhe bhi yahi lagne laga hai… Hume unse baat karni hi padegi warna problem badh sakti hai… Abhi toh Sameer Ayaan ko apne saath Jaipur le gaye hai lakin aisa kab tak chalega… agar unke aane ke baad bhi Arjun bhaiya aise hi behave karte rahe toh Ayaan ko jawab dena mushqil ho jaayega

CHOTU: Lakin Arjun sir se baat kaise karenge?

SHREE: Chotu baat tab karenge naa jab Arjun sir ka pata chalega… pehle unka pata toh chale

Same time Aisha’s phone starts ringing. Its unknown number. Aisha received the phone.

AISHA: Hello Aisha Kapoor speaking…

Reply comes which shocks her.

AISHA: Ok thank you

She disconnect the call and look at others.

AISHA: Arjun Bhaiya abhi abhi ghar laute hai… humne waha corner ke tea stall pe humara number diya tha naa ussi ka phone tha

Everyone take sigh of relief hearing this.

SHREE: Bhagwaan ka laakh laakh shukar hai ki sab theek hai aur Arjun Bhaiya acche se ghar pohch gaye hai…

AISHA: Nahi Shree… Sab theek nahi hai…

All see her with confusion.

SHREE: Theek nahi hai matlab?

CHOTU: Unhe choat toh nahi aayi kahin? Kahin accident toh nahi…

AISHA: Nahi nahi aisa kuch nahi hai…

LIZA: Toh?

AISHA: Actually vo chai waala bata raha tha ki Arjun Bhaiya nashe mein dhut hoke ghar lote hai… aur unke haath me sharab ki bottle bhi thi…

SHREE: What?

AISHA: Haan Shree

LIZA: But Arjun sir toh kabhi drink nahi karte phir…

AISHA: Tumne kaha naa ki vo abhi traumatize hai… shayad iss liye sab baatein bhoola ne ke liye unho ne aaj sharab pi hai

CHOTU: Possible

AISHA: Me jaake dekhti hoon unhe…

LIZA: Hum bhi chalte hai

AISHA: Nahi... Agar hum sab jaayenge toh pata nahi vo kaise react karenge… waise bhi hosh mein nahi honge vo aise mein kya bolenge aur kaise behave karenge kuch idea nahi hai toh aap sab yahin rukiye me jaati hoon… jaise hi unse baat hoti hai me aap sab ko inform kar dungi…

SHREE: Ok lakin agar zaroorat lage toh hume phone kar dena... hum aa jaayenge

AISHA: I will

CHOTU: Sakshi ko kya batana hai?

Aisha check the time and said,

AISHA: Usko abhi Arjun Bhaiya ke halat ke baare mein kuch mat batana… uski press conference bas 15 minute mein khatam hone waali hogi… toh 20-25 minutes ke baad usko phone kar ke sirf itna bata dena ki Arjun Bhaiya mil gaye hai aur ghar pe hi hai toh ETF naa aaye aur seedha ghar pe hi jaaye…

CHOTU: Theek hai waise bhi agar batayenge ki Arjun sir nashe mein laute hai toh poore raaste pareshan hogi

AISHA: Hmm… ab me chalti hoon

Team nods and Aisha left for Arjun’s house.

ARJUN’S HOUSE

Arjun is in bedroom and sitting on the floor near the bed. So many photographs, albums, some jwelleries of Roshni are scattered around him. He is holding a bottle of alcohol in one hand and in his other hand he is holding a photo of Roshni. There is a small cut on his right hand and his knuckles has injury. He is looking compeletely wasted and broken. His hairs are messy and his cheeks has tear marks. His eyes has become red. His shirt is half tucked, first two buttons are open and has so many wrinkles. He keep looking at Roshni’s photo.

Same time Aisha come there running. She is shocked to see him in this state. She quickly goes near him and sit beside him.

AISHA: Bhaiya

Arjun didn’t reply to her. Aisha check the photos. There are lots of photos of Roshni. Aisha notice some other photos too. There are some wedding pics of Arjun and Roshni, some pic of Sameer, some pic of Sakshi, some pic of Arakshi and Sameer and some are their childhood pics. Aisha notice some jewellery and sarees of Roshni. Then she again looked up towards Arjun. He is still looking at Roshni’s photo mindlessly.

AISHA: Bhaiya please kuch boliye naa

She didn’t get any response from Arjun. Aisha move a bit and sit in front of him. She think once and then snatch the Roshni’s photo from his hand. It broke Arjun's trance. He looked at his empty and then looked up at Aisha who is holding Roshni's photo. Seeing this Arjun finally reacted,

ARJUN: Tumhari himmat kaise hui meri Roshni ki photo ko mujhse chhin ki?

Arjun shouts in anger. Seeing Arjun’s furious state and red angry eyes, first Aisha gulped in fear but then she gather her all courage and said,

AISHA: Me toh sirf…

Arjun didn’t let her finish and said in anger,

ARJUN: Meri Roshni ko toh mujhse durr kar diya hai uss Soham ne ab tum mujhse uski photo bhi chhin logi?

AISHA: Nahi Bhaiya… Me aap se kuch chhine nahi aayi hoon

ARJUN: Toh kyun aayi ho yaha?

AISHA: Aap se baat karne aayi hoon kyun ki mujhe lagta hai ki mere Bhai ko meri zaroorat hai…

ARJUN: Kon Bhai… Kaisa Bhai?!

Aisha see him with surprise.

ARJUN: Mujhse phaltu ke rishtey jodne ki koshish mat karo tum…. Bhai Behen sab bakwaas hai aur mujhe yeh bakwaas bardasht nahi hai

Saying He take Roshni’s photo from her hand and said in warning tone,

ARJUN: Aage se agar Roshni ke photo ko yaa uski kisi bhi cheez ko haath bhi lagaya naa toh mujhse boora aur koi nahi hoga… samjhi yaa samjhaun…now get lost…

Arjun complete his sentence angrily. Then he sipped alcohol and again lost in his own world. Aisha remain silent and keep looking at him for a long time. After around 15 to 20 minutes of silence, Aisha took a long deep breath.

AISHA (Thought): Nahi me aap ko khud ke saath, humare saath aisa nahi karne dungi… me aap ko nashe ki duniya mein aur akelepan ki duniya mein kadam nahi rakhne dungi Bhaiya

Aisha see him for a moment and then slowly hold his right hand. Arjun glared at her but she didn’t flinched a bit. In couple of efforts she finally succeed to take alcohol bottle from his hand. She put the bottle at side and then smile seeing her rakhi on his wrist. She touched the rakhi and said looking into Arjun’s eyes,

AISHA: Jab yeh rakhi bandhi thi toh aap ki khushi ki kaamna ki thi… aap ko har dard se protect karne ki kasam khai thi iss liye aaj vo kasam nibhane aayi hoon

Arjun try to free his hand but Aisha didn’t allow him.

AISHA: Nahi Bhaiya me itni aasani se aapko mujhse haath nahi chhudane dungi… bohat mushqilon ke baad rishton ko paaya hai… ab usko kisi Sikandar ki wajah se apne se durr nahi hone dungi… aaj aap jitna chahe utna gussa kijiye, mujhe dhakka dena chahte hai toh vo bhi sahi aur agar gusse mein aap ka haath uth gaya toh vo bhi bardasht kar lungi lakin aapko tootne nahi dungi Bhaiya…

Aisha’s caring eyes and her firm yet gentle loving voice worked and Arjun’s rude expression changed a bit. Aisha look at Roshni’s photo and said,

AISHA: Me Roshni ko aap se durr kabhi nahi karungi… in fact hum mein se koi aap ko unse durr nahi karna chahta… hum sab jaante hai ki aap ke liye Roshni ke kya maayne hai aur hum aap ke pyaar ki bohat respect karte hai…

Aisha tighten her grip on his hand and said,

AISHA: Hum jaante hai aap ke liye yeh sach swikaar kar paana bohat mushqil hai… Soham ka sach jaan ke aap ke dil ko bohat thes pohchi hai… hume yeh bhi pata hai ki Roshni ki moat ki wajah se jo ghaav aap ke dil pe lage the vo aaj tak poori tarah nahi bhare lakin Bhaiya aap ko khud ko sambhalna hoga… apne liye naa sahi, humare liye naa sahi lakin Ayaan ke liye…

Arjun said nothing. His eyes are brimming with tears.

AISHA: Aap ko waqut chahiye toh koi baat nahi… jitna chahe utna waqut le lijiye lakin yeh sharab and all… Its not you…Hum jiss Arjun Rawte ko jaante hai vo kamzor nahi hai… unhe sharab jaisi boori aadaton ki gulaami karne ki aadat nahi hai

Aisha control her own tears and continue,

AISHA: I know aaj aap ne iss sharab ka sahara kyun liya… jab insaan ki dard bardasht karne ki hadein paar ho jaati hai toh insaan aisa koi raasta dhundhta hai jisse vo uss dard ko bhoola sake lakin Bhaiya agar aap sach mein apna dard kam karna chahte hai toh aap ko sharab ki nahi apno ke saath ki zaroorat hai… Kabhi kabhi gussa aur dard bol dena accha hota hai… aap please humse baat kijiye... apne dil mein jo gussa hai, jo nafarat hai, jo dard hai sab bahar nikal dijiye phir apne aap sab theek ho jaayega… Trust me Bhaiya…

ARJUN: Trust

Arjun laughs sarcastically and continues,

ARJUN: Iss duniya ka sab se ghatiya shabd hai yeh… log kehte hai ki kisi bhi rishtey mein trust hota hai naa toh uss rishtey mein kabhi koi problem nahi aati hai… (He continue gritting his teeth in anger) tha trust… poora trust tha… maine aur Roshni ne uss Soham pe trust kiya tha lakin phir bhi usne… (Tear roll down on his cheeks) usne meri Rosh ko maar daala…

Arjun nods in no and said,

ARJUN: Ab meri zindagi mein iss trust naam ke word ki koi jagah nahi hai… I hate this word… yeh bharosa varosa sab bakwaas hota hai… aur saath hi bakwaas hote hai yeh sab rishtey naate… jaauo yaha se tum… mujhe kisi ki zaroorat nahi hai…

Arjun look at the bottle and take it. He sipped alcohol again. Then his gaze falls on a photo. Arjun, Sakshi and Sameer are standing in front of the college. Arjun pick the photo and smirks.

ARJUN: Apno ka saath… Bharosa…

Arjun laughs again.

ARJUN: Yeh mere best friends… Bachpan se bohat close the hum… ekdusre ke bina din naa hi shuru hota tha aur naa hi khatam… mohalle ke baaki bacche jalte the humari friendship se… mujhe humesha lagta tha ki me inke liye bohat special hoon… but I was wrong

Aisha narrowed her eyes.

ARJUN: Maine inpe bhi humesha trust kiya lakin inho ne kabhi mujhe trust nahi kiya

AISHA: Yeh aap kya bol rahe hai?! Yeh aapke best friends hai… Sakshi aur Sameer aap pe bohat bharosa karte hai… aap unki zindagi ka ek anmol hissa hai… vo aap ki bohat respect karte hai and they love you

ARJUN: Jooth…

Arjun almost shouts.

ARJUN: Yeh sab jooth hai… They don’t love me… They love each other…

Arjun’s words shock her beyond the words.

ARJUN: Agar tum keh rahi ho utna special hota me unke liye aur vo mujhpe bharosa karte toh mujhe batate ki dono ekdusre se pyaar karte hai…

Aisha nods in no and said,

AISHA: N…No… zaroor koi galatfami hui hai aap ko… aisa nahi hai… Sakshi toh…

She stops in midway.

ARJUN: Sakshi toh kya?!

Aisha said nothing as its not her right to reveal Sakshi’s feelings in front of him.

ARJUN: Kuch bhi nahi hai naa bolne ke liye? Hoga bhi kaise…

Arjun look at their photo and continue,

ARJUN: Inhe lagta hai ki me sach nahi jaanta (He laughs sadly and continue) lakin me sab jaanta hoon… pehle se jaanta tha…college shuru hone ke 6 mahine baad se inka chakkar chal raha hai… 15th December, 2013 - the exact date jab mujhe pata chala tha ki mere best friends mere pichhe kya kar rahe hai aur unke bich kya scene chal raha hai…

Fresh tears form in his eyes and he said,

ARJUN: Uss din se intezaar kar raha hoon ki mere best friends mujhe sach batayenge… aaj batayenge, parso batayenge, ab batayenge, baad mein batayenge… itne saal bit gaye intezaar mein lakin aaj tak unhone mujhe yeh baat batana zaroori nahi samjha… aaj bhi chup hai… ekdam chup…

Aisha is dumbstruck after hearing this. She is so lost and surprise to react. Talks of that group during the party and Arjun’s words both are ringing in her ears repeatedly.
