CHAPTER-20
Sameer took Ayesha to private dinner, Ayesha was so happy that the smile on her face didnot left ....she didn't know she would get suprise...in few moments. Seeing there were no one in the surroundings she asked, "Sir..aap mujhe yah kyu lekar aye?"
Sameer gazing at her intently who is looking stunning in her white and pink chudidar.... he was mesmerized. Looking at her, "Ayesha...I don't know tum mere bare mei kya sochti hoh.... lekin pata nahi par tumhara saath mujhe bahut acha lagta. Your presence, your thoughts made a huge impact. Mujhe cheesy line bolne nahi atha ..issliye adjust karo!" Which made her laugh, she was feeling butterflies knowing where it was leading and unexpectedly Sameer went on her knees forwarding his hand..."I love you, Ayesha!"
Hearing his confession she was on cloud nine, "kya tum mujhse pyaar karthe hoh..." Ayesha nodded with happy tears.
making him stand, "I love you Rathod sir!" She said but hearing it he frowned..." abh bhi Rathod sir! Sameer kaho Ayesha..."
Ayesha blushed with shyness, "Par sir!" But stopped with wide eyes as Sameer kept finger on her lips, "Sameer kaho Ayesha!" He whispered softly.
being close to him Ayesha felt rise in her heartbeats, she never knew someone would bring this side out of her but Sameer made it possible. Looking at him in admiration, "I love you Sameer! Mei apse bahut pyaar karti huh....aap mujhe mei woh feelings jagai joh mere paas hai hih nahi.."
"You mean a lot to me!" She whispered in teary voice.
Sameer smiled taking her into sudden hug, shocking her at first but kept her hands on him soaking in his comfort. Both shared a moment.
Taking the gift box he handed to her, opening it she saw it was a small diamond pendant with letters S and A engraved inside. Even he was suprised as it was smilar to what Sakshi has, which Arjun specially designed for her...but seeing she wanted to share something with others is beyond himself.
While Ayesha looking at it traced her fingers on the diamond, " beautiful." He made her wear it gently, making her look into his eyes, "Ayesha.... yeh ek keval pendant nahi ..yeh humhari rishte ki shuruwat hain aur saathi hih saath ek naye rishta tum unnsab se jhodogi joh mere liye bahut khaas hain.... woh kaun hai samai anepar pata chaljayega vishwaas rakho bahut cheezhe hain joh tum nahi janti lekin jaldi pata chaljayegi, par yaad rakhna tumhare karan unlogon ko chot kabhi nahi paunchna hain jinke karan mei huh."
Though she had idea that there is some mystery she nodded, "I promise Sameer, meri karan kabhi kisiko hurt nahi hoga....mei unssab se milne keliye wait karungi....aur kabhi koi shikayat ki mouka bhi nahi dungi. Mujhe aap par pura vishwas ki aap mujhe wakht ane par sab batayenge"
They both spend quality time with other, when he returned the family was happy hearing him. "Par usko sachai batana hoga humhe.... Kabtak yeh sab chupayenge!"
"Sameer.....abhi propose kiye hoh na....wakht dho, kyunki ek baar Ayesha ko sach pata chaljayegi matlab pure team ko pata hoga...!" Arjun said to him.
With continuous cases, sayesha budding romance....they were so busy. Here Shree was fighting with his heart. Whenever he saw her with his jiju he would get so jealous.....As they were solving the case, Arjun asked Liza to give the report but as it was late Shree sat in her lab playing in his laptop, while she was doing her work. Humhare bole shree Liza ki taraf dekh bhi nahi rahe tey....
Chotu who came glanced at eachother who were busy in their works, sat beside Shree bringing him out of his world. "Areh Shree.....Socha agar tum aur Liza."
Typing in his laptop,"Nahi baat karsakthe!"
"Shree....sunho toh...tum aur Liza.."
"Kaam nahi karsakthe....."
Noticing he is not listening...Chotu closed the laptop, "Kya chotu dekh nahi rahe....kaam karrahuh mei!" Shree chided him.
"Areh...Shree yeh sab chod na....udhar dekh." Saying he turned his face towards Liza. Glancing at her Shree grumbled, "Uss chipkali ko kyu dikharahi hoh?" but still he didnot stop looking at her who is looking beautiful even with serious face.
"Agar tum aur Liza shadi karoge toh socha kitna acha hota." He said shocking shree.
Gulping his throat he looked at Liza and then glared at chotu, "Pagal hogai kya ...woh aur mei...kabhi ek nahi hosakthe."
"Par...shree...tumdono ki khub jamegi." Chotu tried to be matchmaker, as Ayesha todl them about Sameer proposing her.
"Bilkul nahi........itna hih pasand arahi toh tum kyu shadi nahi karthe." Shree whispered angrily but his heart felt hurt. "The beast and the beast.." he scared chotu.
"Nahi mei already commited huh .....aur mujhe marna nahi hai..." Saying chotu left from there.
After his exit Shree glanced at Liza who looked up at him with a smile raising her eyebrows...."Shree .....pagal hogai kya ..woh aur tum, kabhi nahi....aaj tak ek hi theek se nahi bole hum, jab dekho mujhse ladti....clg se lekar aajtak humdonon ke beeche ladai ke alawa kuch nahi hain....toh kyu itna soch rahe hoh."
"Yaha koi nahi janta clg mei kya huwa.....na mei kisko yeh pata lagne deta....khaskar uss accident wali baat ....... Agar kisiko yeh baat pata chalegi ki woh accident iske karan huwa, khaaskar bhai ko, woh.... Liza ko kabhi maaf nahi karpayenge. Mei yeh baat kabhi bhai ko pata lagne nahi desakhtha...kabhi bhi nahi" He thought thinking about the past.
"Aur waise bhi mujhe kyu farak padega agar yeh kisior ke saath rehna chahti...meine Faisal liya na isse dur rehna ka....." Shree thought looking at her....but his heart knew he couldn't stay away from her even if he want......his thoughts were disturbed when her phone rang. Hearing his jiju name he shot a look at her pointedly.....watching her laughing for something what his jiju said his heart felt pang, clenching his fist he glared at her....but his eyes had different emotion.....to bring her out of talks he knocked the glass making a huge noise.
Liza closing the call looked at him in weird, but she could see his jealousy felt happy inside. "Specky yeh mere lab hain....tumhara cabin nahi ki kuch bhi todfod karoge....bahut dangerous chemics hai yaha."
"Tumhare alawa kuch dangerous hain yaha?" Shree fired at her furiously...."aur kisse itni hass ke baat karrahi tum..."
Liza clearly enjoying his jealousy...."Dr Kabir se....unse kuch kaam tha mujhe, kal mile tey bahar....mujhe kuch information chahiye thi toh wahi mail kiya batane keliye phone kiye tey."
Shree looked deflated, as they were meeting outside....Here Liza though she was enjoying, felt sad...."Shree.....tumhara yeh jalan dekhar mujhe yakeen hogai ki tumhare dil mei mereliye feelings hain......." Remembering their clg days...."pata hih nahi chala kab kaise humhari yeh tu tu..mei mei, mei tumse pyaar karne lagi. Jab tumhe uss halath mei dekhi tab pata chala ki humhare jagda ke peeche pyaar tha....aur iss baat ka afsoos zindagi bar rahegi ki meri karan tera accident huwa....na uss din mei woh sab kehti na tum gusse mei ghadi lee jate na woh sab hota......."
Here unaware of her thoughts he thought, "Shree...kyu tujhe itni farak padta hain. Na tum uski dost hoh na tum kuch aur....keval yeh tumhari dushman hain....."
"Toh phir tumhe dard kyu hota hain ki agar woh kisi aur se baat kare....kyu tujhe takleef hota agar chot usse lage....kyu anjaan bankar uski dekhbal karthe hoh...chupchupke....kyu woh udaas hoti toh tu mayus hote hoh...kyu jab bhi woh akeli rehti toh usko company dene keliye tyaar hote hoh...." His heart and brain were on continuous battle....unable to think straight he closed his laptop irritatedly.
"Mei jaa raha huh...chotu ko bejunga tumhara company dene."
Watching his retreated back, she sighed...."Kab tak bhagoge Shree....Dr Kabir ke baat sunte hih chidte hoh issliye unke sahara leraha huh tumhe apne pyaar ka ehsaas dilane...."
"ETF mei aneka maksab toh tum hih hoh....tumhe mere pyaar ka ehsaas dilane ka....tumhe nahi pata jab tum Shimla se achanak gayab hogai....bina graduation keliye rukhe, kya bethi mujh par. tumhare jane ke baad pyaar kya hota hain samja meine......maafi manghne ka mouka nahi mila mujhe.....paas rehnepar tera ehmiyat samaj nahi ayi... dur hone ke baad hih pata chala ki dard hota kya hai...... mei tumhare bare mei tere har dost se pucha lekin koi yeh nahi janta tum kaha rehte, siwai Ali ke lekin woh kabhi kuch nahi bataya....mei apne zindagi mei busy hogai, Yaha se dur US janewali thi aage padai keliye..... lekin mujhe ETF join hone ka mouka aya, mei Mana karne wali thi lekin jab yeh pata chala ki tum bhi ETF mei hoh....mei woh mouka khona nahi chahti.... dubara tumhe apnese dur nahi karsakthi issliye apne PhD karneke sapna chode ke yaha ayi.......keval issliye taki tere aas paas rehsakhu...." Remembering about all a tear escaped her eye. She has loved him with full heart from the day she realised her love towards him....She fighting with him on daily basis, irritating is because he won't initiate normal talks, she didnot know what happened that their equation changed in Shimla, they used to fight every time, but even in that fight she could sense his care but after accident something changed in him...he avoided her very much for those two months, while she was in guilt and one day he disappeared from the clg. Remembering the accident fewdays back, "Meri jaan nikhal gai thi tumhe uss halath mei dekhe....please God, Shree ko meri pyaar ka ehsaas dila dijiye....uske bina nahi rehsaktha mei."
Unaware of her, this was all listened by Sakshi who had a teary smile on her face. "Liza....tumhare alawa meri Shree ko koi kush nahi rehsaktha...aur nahi tumhari jaise pyaar usse koi karega...issliye toh mei usko apne feelings ehsaas karwana chahti....warna kaun hai joh yeh jante huye bhi ki ETF ana matlab maut se sula karke ana hain....phir tum mere shree keliye woh kiya....woh bhi apne sapne ko chod ke.......janti huh kuch nahi pata shimla mei tumdono ke beech kya huwa, par yeh bhi janti huh ki kuch aisa huwa ki Shree tujh par hamesha badaktha hai...Project khatam karke wapas mumbai ana aur shimla na jane ki zid....insab sawal ka jawab aaj tak humhe nahi mila......lekin phir bhi tumhari care kartha hain woh.....bas apne pyaar jaatane ke tareeka alag hain...aur mei yehbhi jangai ki jaise tum usse chahte hoh woh bhi tumhe chahte lekin ehsaas nahi usse iss baat ka...par mei usko yeh ehsaas jarur diladungi...chahe uskebaad usse kuch dinkeliye dard hih kyu na hoh." Making a determined face she called her jiju planning a big step.... which was to be executed in next two days.
But even God wants Shree to realise his feelings....they were discussing case but shree phone was continuously ringing disturbing the team, who glanced at him wierdly. Shree offing the phone gave a sheepish smile, "Sorry Sir!" But again his phone rang which irritated samjun.
Arjun getting up, "Shree...to my cabin.' giving a angry glare he strode from there.
The team looked at him sadly knowing he is gone on the other hand Sam and Sakshi had no tension, as it's very common for them. Shree entering inside noticed his brother standing near the window with his back towards him, "Bhai!"
Arjun listening to his voice turned around glaring at him, "Shree .. kiska phone arraha hai tumhe baar baar!"
"Kisika nahi bhai...kuch important nahi hain." But again his phone rang making him close his eyes.....Arjun narrowing his eyes snatched his phone looking at the caller name, "Ali kyu call kaarahe tumhe?"
"Woh bhai...Ali mumbai aye hain mujhe milna chahte..." Shree replied.
"Toh milne jao uski calls kyu nahi lift karrahe tum?"
"Bhai case?" He asked as it's important for him to stay.
"Koi baat nahi...waise bhi mujhe joh details chahiye woh milgai....tum jao shyaam ko apne dost se milne...." Arjun said which made Shree smile, as he is going to meet his friend after long time.
on that eveng he went out with his friends who came after long time to meet him. They told him many things, in between, "Areh Shree...tumhe pata bhi hain, tere jaane kee baad kya huwa clg mei."
Shree frowned nodding in no as he never stepped again in shimla after that day. Even his certificates were collected by his brothers as he refused to go to shimla.
His friend Ali......",Liza yaad haina?" Shree frowned but didnot say there were working together for her safety as she is not exposed much outside.
"Woh roj tumhare bare mei pucha karthi thi.. tum kaha rehte hoh yeh janekeliye." He informed which was a news to him.
"Woh mere baare mei kyu jana chahti....." He frowned.
His friends glancing at eachother, "Dekh bhai...humhe pata hain ki uss accident ke baad bahut kuch badal gaya tum mei..... tum apne project complete karke chale gai....lekin tere jane ke baad humhe yeh pata laga ki woh tujhse pyaar karthi."
His friends realization shocked him, he never thought she would fall in love. She was the most popular and beautiful girl in their year who had so much following but she would not give any baav to others...while even he was not less popular among girls...its the reason their tashan was on top level competing in all. "Chod na yaar...kyu uske baaremei baat karrahe hain " he said uninterstedly but his heart want to know more about her..
"Hmm...waise bhi uss hadse ke baad woh humhe kabhi dikhi nahi...." his other friend murmured. Ali shot a warning look while Shree felt restlessness.."Kya hadsa aur kounsa hadsa." He asked with worry.
Ali to divert him...." Chod na shree....kyu bethi hui baat ko khuradne chahte hoh...aur waise insab ka koi matlab nahi, kyunki humhe nahi pata Liza abh kaha hain."
"Ali...batao kya huwa mere jane ke baad..." Shree asked sternly as he felt something bad happened.
His friends glanced at eachother.....nodding, "shree .... Hum kaise batai....graduation wale din, kuch huwa uske saath."
Hearing him Shree heart started beating fast...."Batao...kya huwa..."
"Gautam yaad hain, joh clg ke start se hih Liza ke peecha karthe tey..." Shree nodded at him, he remembered that person who used to stalk Liza but with him being near her fighting with her, the person never dared to come, but... "Toh uss kamine... graduation ka busy mohal dekhe Liza ka faida uthana chahte tey ..." Their friend said which boiled his blood...."Usse pehle bhi woh Liza ko bahut baar pareshan kiya apne pyaar ko tope rahe tey par humsab uske saath tey, usse sambhal rahe tey...par ussdin hum busy hogai aur woh mouke ka faida utaya kyunki Clg ke rules ke hisab se toppers ceremony start karthe, tum nahi tey automatic joh third aya usko woh hakh diya yani Gautam....bas backstage ka faida uthane wale tey.."
"Acha huwa ki koi farishtey ki jaise aya aur Liza ko bachaya warna kya hota hum imagine bhi nahi karsakthe...lekin uskebaad Liza humsab se contack nahi ki...humhe laga woh apne Zindagi mei busy hogi..."
Shree felt his world turned upside down, he never imagined something like this would happen and he is unaware of her miseries from past one year. "Abh woh gautam kaha hai?" He asked clenching his fist.
His friends observed his poster..... "Woh jail mei hain, joh Liza ko bachaya woh Gawtam ko bahut mara aur ander karwaya."
"Aur tumlog mujhe bataya kyu nahi iskebaaremei?" Shree asked angrily.
"Aur kaun hain jisne meri Liza ko bachai..." He asked not realising what he said but Ali glanced at him, knew his friend is on guilt trip ...who had not realised his feeling till now, running from them by giving name of hatred.... but hearing her sufferings his heart automatically accepted from what he was fighting and running away. His other friend said "Liza ko koi aur nahi balki ACP Arjun Rawte ne bachai...joh waha ke guest tey!" Unaware of the relation.
Shree looked at him then at Ali to confirm who nodded as among his circle of friend only Ali knows who is he....
"Hum issliye tumhe kuch nahi batai Kyunki jab bhi hum Liza ke baremei baat karthe tum gusse se phone khat lete...aur waise bhi abh woh kaha hain nahi pata humhe...aur shayad abh tak woh aage badhchuki hogi..." Ali murmed but his friend who was looking otherside, "shayad nahi sach mei aage badhchuki hain...."
Which confused the duo but he asked them to turn otherside...their seeing Liza and his jiju Shree reslove broke, his heart which was already fragile hearing all broke into million pieces seeing her with his jiju smiling happily.
Liza and Kabir who met accidently in restraurent. Seeing them he lost his cool, but what made him more angry is when Liza was about to trip Kabir held her shoulders gently which increased his jealousy to thousand times and top of it what all he learned, not able to control, he went from there...not hearing his friends call......
Ali worried for him tried to call, but he was not lifting the calls.... "tumhe Liza ki baat chedne ki kya jarurat thi.... aaj tak woh apne feelings realizee nahi kiya aur jab kiye, Liza kisior ki hochuki.... Pyaar ko ehsaas hote hih tooth jana woh dard itna asani nahi hota....pata nahi kya beeth raha hoga usspar" Ali murmured as he knew Shree is most pampered Prince of RR family who would get anything even before he asks, but now he is going to have biggest loss of his life.
The friend looked down as without intention he had hurt Shree who was happy in his life. "Rukho mei abhi atha huh.." saying he went far away from him calling someone. Saying what happened without revealing about Liza.
When Arjun and Sameer came back home they were shocked to see the state of their house and evenmore shocked watching their brother broken state whose eyes were red indicating he cried. Kneeling beside him, "Chote...kya huwa...yeh sab kya hain., Tum toh Ali se milne gai na?" They were beyond worried for him, who came running after getting call from Ali..
Hugging his brother Shree poured out his heart..."Kyu bhai....kyu mere saaath hih aisa hota hain, jab woh paas thi har wakth ladta tha... Mujhe kya pata woh itni badi danger mei thi.... Apne feelings ko chupane keliye.......usse muh mod kar mumbai agaya...aaj tak theek se baat tak nahi kiya....aur har wakht usse tane marthe raha"
watching him crying and not understanding anything Arjun caressed his back consoling him, "Chup hojao Chote... aur tum kiske baare mei baat karrahi hoh."
"Liza!" Hearing the name Samjun glanced at eachother...."Chote tum Liza se..."
"Pyaar kartha huh bhaiya....bahut jyada pyaar" he confessed accepting his love feelings for her to his brothers. His heart won in heart and brain battle...."And thank you bhaiya aapne usko bachaya...."
Arjun nodded remembering about that day while Sameer frowned, noticing it Arjun shook his head...."Par chote ismei rone wali kya baat hain, Liza se pyaar karthe hoh toh usko jakar apne feelings batao....shayad woh bhi tumse pyaar karthi hogi.." because they saw her care towards him.
Shree shook his head in sideways, "Kaise bhai.... pehle mei usko Shimla mei akeli chod diya aur ETF ane ke baad har wakht ladta raha usse, .....abh kuch nahi hoskatha...woh apne life mei age badhchuki hain.... kabhi nahi socha ki apne feelings ko samaj ne mei itna der kardunga ki woh abh mujhse humesha keliye dur hone wali hai.." Mumbling he cried in his brother arms.
From the time he saw his jiju and Liza, remembering their interactions fromfewdays and the truth what he leaned that she loved him from the first, her sufferings etc...
Samjun felt sad seeing their brother who lost his love, "Chote... chup hojao beta...agar woh kisi aur se pyaar karthe hain toh hum kya karsakthe! Pyaar karne ka matlab yeh nahi ki woh humhe asani se miljayegi..... pyaar mei dard bhi milta hain, Shambalo apne aap ko!" Arjun consoled him, as other than that he cannot say anything....he could give his life if it makes Shree happy but what his brother want he cannot give unless Liza has feelings for him.
Shree shaking his head..."Nahi bhaiya.... kaise Shambalo, aaj tak yeh socha ki mujhe koi farak nahi padta... lekin bahut farak padta hain mujhe jab bhi mei usko Jiju ke saath dekhta.....kaise rehunga mei...mar jaunga mei uske bina bhai...."
"Shree!" Both yelled at him, as not even in their dreams they could dream of something happening to him.
"Kya bakwas bolene lage....ek tapad marunga toh akal thikane ayegi.....aur .. Kabir kyu aye beech mei?" Arjun asked him
Tightening his grip, "Sorry bhaiya.... galti se nikal gaya..... Mei Liza ko kisi aur ke saath nahi Jiju ke saath dekha, Shayad Jiju aur Liza ek dusre ke saath pyaar karthe honge...." saying he told them about all interactions.
Hearing him, their blood boiled as they didnot except it from Kabir. Consoling, they took him to their room and made him sleep. Seeing him sleep peacefully their anger came out and called Kabir to meet them.
Here sakshi and kabir unaware of their anger causually came inside but got shocked when Arjun in anger held Kabir collar, shocking them both.....Sakshi trying to free him...."Arjun yeh aap kya karrahe...chodiye jiju ko."
Ignoring her, "Kabir...yeh sab kya hain...tu jante hoh na mei Shree ke ankhon mei assu nahi dekhsaktha....phir tumhara himmat kaise huyi uski dil todne keliye...tumhe pata bhi hain woh Liza se pyaar karthe hain aur tumhara Liza ke saath closeness usse hurt karrahi.......itne jaldi Roshini ko bhul gaye....Roshini se pyaar kiye ki nahi kabhi." Arjun yelled at him...noticing the change in Kabir's face he knew he crossed the line but it was matter of his brother happiness.
Sakshi understood what happened broke his hold, "Arjun...aap karkya rahe hain...bina kuch sunhe jiju ko galat tehra rahe hoh...."
"Sakshi...tu usmei nahi padegi...yeh mere bhai ke pyaar, khushi ka sawal hain." Arjun warned her.
"Wahi...bhai...jiske assu na mujhe, na jiju ko baate, wahi Shree keliye meine yeh sab karwaya Arjun...taki age Chalke woh khush rehe hamesha......aap mere baat suniye."
This confused samjun. "Sakshi kya bol rahi hoh."
"Sach.. yeh sab meri plan hain...shree ko apne pyaar ke ehsaas dilane keliye...mei aur jiju yeh drama ki." Sakshi explained everything to them.
"Yeh sab kya karrahi thi tum Sakshi ....jante bhi hoh kya haal hogaya shree ka...kitna ro raha tha.....apne feelings toh pehchan liya lekin saathi saath uska dil bhi tuth gai ussidin." Arjun asked her in frustation.
"Janti huh...par jaruri hain..." Sakshi replied firmly.
Arjun glanced at Kabir who stood silent looked at him with apologetic face, "Kabir...I am sorry...mei apna line cross kiya..yeh jante huye ki tum Roshini ko kabhi bhul nahi pavoge......joh kaha gusse me akar kaha...shree ko aise dekhkar bardaash nahi huwa jab apne marne ki baat kehraha tha woh........maaf karo mujhe."
"Nahi...Arjun...bura manewale koi baat nahi...mei samaj tha huh...aur mei tera gusse ko sehne keliye tyaar tha...plan ke shuru se hih." Kabir said understanding his anger, pulled him into a hug, "Shree mereliye bhi kaam nahi Arjun, bachpan se joh baat tumlogon se nahi kehta woh mujhe kehte aya....uski khushi meri liye bahut mayinhe rakhte...mei toh iss plan ke khilaf tha...lekin choti chahti ki Shree apne pyaar ka ehsaas samje....issliye hum bahut badi plan execute bhi karnewali...lekin pata nahi kaise woh mujhe aur Liza ko waha dekha aur yeh sab hogai...."
All relaxed while sakshi went to check on Shree. Observing tearstains on his face, she felt bad, "Tumhe apne pyaar ka ehsaas dilanekeliye tumhe dard dena padha Shree...mere paas koi rasta bhi nahi tha.....maaf karo mujhe." She whispered caressing his curls.
Later at night, Arjun saw Sakshi standing in the balcony gazing outside with a lost look.... Silently moving, he turned around but got shocked seeing tears in her eyes, "Jaan!"
Sakshi looking at him caught his shirt in her fist shaking him, "Yeh kya kardiya meine Arjun, jiss Shree ko ek karoch athe bhi bardash nahi karpathi usiko itna bada dard diya meine...."
"Uski halath meri wajah se huwa, pata tha usse dard hoga lekin yeh pata nahi tha ki usse itni takleef hogi, nahi deksakthi usko mei aise..." She tried going onto her knees catching his leg.
Arjun leaning down, cupped her face... "Jaan...chup hoja...kyu apne aap ko saza derahi hoh... Tum toh chote ko apna pyaar ka ehsaas dilane chahte aur woh kamyab hogai....tumhe to khush hona chahiye." He consoled her wiping her tears.
