Can we be more specific and have a defined set of rules for contests?

Like a proper thread with index and a specific organizing team!

I am not offending anyone as everyone are excited for the contests but you can see how confusing this is becoming!

And owing to the forum activity there should be at least one week of gap between posting entries and publishing the voting results!!

I m glad ke bado ne bhi samazdari se kaam liya aur roshni ki wajah se apni dosti nahi todi..
