Arjun didn't know that he was going to be doing the business with Sikander when the meeting date was planned. He found it out recently and thought it's a great opportunity to end Sikander's chapter

Neeti is Sameer and Aisha's past that makes Aisha insecure. You'll know about her as story progresses.

Sasha won't separate. But this is a necessary test to end all problems of their relationship. (Sameer still doesn't know about Aisha's concerns regarding Neeti)

Unfortunately, because of Ananya, they can't act on their feelings freely. But I guess it's also good that she is present.
